Had a wonderful stay! Cottage was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Grounds were beautiful, it was like being in your own mini private resort. Look out for an otter swimming back and forth in the lake-super cute! Alison was great to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. Loved it!

Had a wonderful stay with our pet at Pineview Cottage. Valarie is a very friendly host who greeted us on arrival. Very clear instructions for check-in details of the cottage was sent in advance - cottage matched the pics. She also had some useful tips for us about sites in the area. Chaffey's Lock is beautiful & peaceful place and we had a very comfortable stay at Valarie's. Will certainly stay at her cottage again if we are in the area.

Well equipped airbnb with lots of charm and comforts. I was elated to see coffee and cream provided. My favourite part of the day is my morning coffee and somehow I forgot it! Thank you Anne-Marie for being so flexible and understanding of my circumstances. It made the stay even better than it already was. I definitely recommend this Airbnb if you are ever in need.

Beautiful and peaceful location right by the lake surrounded by trees. Host was kind and responsive, cabin is older but functional and has everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooks the lake and you can enjoy your meal there or have barbecue. There is also direct access to the lake and you can use the motor boat and the canoes. We were here in the fall with our two dogs and really enjoyed the colors on the trees. Be aware that there are ticks and if you bring a dog, they absolutely need to have protection against ticks. Would recommend to those who appreciate nature and are not looking for luxury but a cozy cabin experience.
