Always very easy to get to, access and within close proximity to town. Very clean and tidy. Chris is very responsive to any concern. This is our second time staying here!

Bob & Lee are godsend, they worked with us countlessly. They are very responsive, courteous, kind and so thoughtful! Just to illustrate : I like my clothes ironed & asked if they had any. They didn’t b/c it’s not something they do so never even thought of getting one BUT it didn’t stop them from 1. Bringing me a wrinklefree spray right away AND 2. Buy the flat iron & board. If anything, the hosts alone, truly make the stay worth it! However, that’s not all. The pictures do not do justice to The Leona. It’s an instant « I wanna stay here for the rest of my life » type of feeling. It was spotless, tidy, beautifully decorated with a homey feel and had all the amenities one could need for a stay. The experience could stop there and it’d be a-ma-zing. But, Bob&Lee just like to go above and beyond. No less. So, they thought of a rec room! Next door there’s a cabin where one can work out, get a massage, or just get cosy by the fireplace & get some reading done. I mean, what else to ask?

This place was so clean, neat, and homey. We loved the quiet, peaceful location. We traveled with our three young children (ages 6, 4, and 1) and felt bad that they were so loud in the evening as we shared a wall with the owner. I'm sure they could hear all the screaming and crying that was going on. I wasn't aware that we would be so close to others as we try to keep our distance with our loud kids to keep from disrupting others. There was a friendly neighborhood cat that my youngest was crazy about! The cat ran righti n the front door and was super affectionate.

Dave and Wendy were amazing hosts for our church annual men's retreat. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The property was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a successful retreat. We can't wait to come back next year and would highly recommend staying with them. Everything was great and we had an excellent experience.

I would definitely visit again, this house was peaceful. The outside hangout spot was great and so relaxing. The kitchen was one of the most stocked kitchens I have ever seen and I have stayed in a lot of airbnb's. if you forgot your seasonings don't worry they probably have it. Plenty of pots and pans to use. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and tv's in all the rooms. Ashley is very responsive and accommodating. I will be back without the kids they were devastated about the phone service was shotty, I on the other hand loved it pure peace.

We enjoyed are short stay at the cabin. The home feels comfortable, was affordable, and close to the shopping, restaurants, and casino in French Lick which is why we visited! There are some things that could use a little attention in the cabin. There were some loose kitchen cabinet doors, a loose bedroom door...things that just need a simple screw gun to fix. :) We loved the cozy cabin feel and the electric blankets! Overall we loved the place and would definitely recommend it to people looking for an affordable, peaceful place to stay in French Lick. The resort in town is beautiful but very pricey so finding this gem was great for us.

We were so happy with our stay! It is an extremely dog friendly place and our pup (husky/staffordshire mix) had such a blast! There's plenty of things to do nearby if you feel like leaving, but really this place is just a cozy and fun home in the woods. We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely book again! We couldnt believe the price for how wonderful of an area and the property itself. Book now, you won't regret it!

KC is an excellent host!! The property was beautiful!! Enjoyed the outdoor dining and seating options. Absolutely lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. Everything was set up for our evening campfire and s’mores by the pond. KC had great recommendations for local places of interest. The house had everything we needed and more…lots of extra items available in case you forget things…which we did and were so thankful and a pantry that was stocked with many extras! Truly next level stay!
