Monthly Rentals in Carlton

Our second stay at Figment Farmhouse, and there will certainly be others. A lovely, secluded, farmhouse, complete with sheep that like to have their noses scratched and chickens that lay delicious eggs for your breakfast. Lots of foliage and bushes and trees surround the house. Kevin and Leslie are excellent hosts. The two queen beds are very comfy, the kitchen actually works well for cooking, and the spacious dining room and living room provide lots of room to spread out. Carlton and McMinnville are nearby, as are the Ribbon Ridge and other wineries. With gratitude for Figment Farmhouse. It's like coming home to Gran and Gramps, just without the grandparents!

Responsive to the few questions we had. Very nice and comfortable space. Was actually taken aback by how much attention the host(s) put into ensuring the kitchen was ready to use. If you want to cook in-house you’ll have all the items needed and then some. Will look to book this space again if available.

At first i thought it was a bit pricey BUT TOTALLY worth it. You’re walking distance to two wineries. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. You’re very close to the town and lots of wineries. The home is very cozy and clean. The rooms are clean and cozy. They go out of their way to accommodate and make sure you have everything you need. They had more amenities than they mentioned in the listing which was an awesome surprise. The recommendations book they have is extremely detailed plus helpful They truly go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable! Would absolutely come back and recommend.

Beautiful house! Clean, comfy, and has lots of charm. The backyard was also beautiful and a great place for the kids to run around.
