Vacation rentals in Caplinger Mills

I had accidentally booked for one night instead of two, like I had intended. Keitha was extremely understanding, cleaning up our clothes and other items we had left out. She even stored them in a safe place for us to pick up when we were ready even though she had someone else booked for the night after our stay. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated how she helped me out.

Sal was very responsive with my messages from the start! He never made me feel as if I was a bother when I had questions and he gave pretty clear instructions on his page before we got there about the rules, instructions for the house and where everything was. when we got there it was very clean and had everything you need besides a washer and dryer. he even contacted me day of with additional instructions and had restaurants and site sees listed for you in the cabin. He filt the fridge with waters and left coffee, creamers and sugars for us. My best friend and I rented the cabin for the weekend for my birthday and I don't regret it. The only down side was our trip was for fishing, and most of the bodies of water were to rocky in the area due to low water levels, too many ppl or too much wind which Sal was not responsible for lol. All in all I would rent it again or recommend anyone to his cabin that will be staying in the area!

This house was worth every penny. It easily accommodated 8 guests. Very clean, all updated appliances and the beds were very comfortable. Located on a cul de sac so no worries of traffic driving up and down the road all night. Tony was a great host. We'll gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house and the area around it - made for a very peaceful stay for our family. All the instructions were clear and Jackie was very responsive & engaging. Fair Grove is tiny but, had a great little coffee shop & grocery store real close by. Not too far away from Springfield so, relatively easy to go into town & run around. The house was beautiful - had everything we would need. Great patio to sit out on & enjoy the surroundings. We'd love to know more abt the history of the home. Jackie was nice enough to greet us with a little welcome sign & tasty muffins. 😊 In all honesty, the cleaning fees seemed exorbitant but, aside from that - it was a great place to stay and we'll keep it in mind when we plan a gathering in the future.

Denise's place was unique: had a nice workout room, plenty of sleeping space, lots of details and complete kitchen. The rooms were comfortable, the house was big, the outdoors was spacious: we used the outdoor fitpit, and chairs and tables. The pool looks amazing, but we were too early for that. Any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved by Denise and Andrew.

Wonderful place, really liked the host and his communication skills. Can’t say anything bad about my stay! Will deffinitely choose it again if I’m staying somewhere around!

Awesome place to stay if we needed anything they were right there for us. They went above and beyond! We plan to come back!

Comfy place to stay. And highly recommend this to others. About 15 mins north of downtown area, so it was definitely peaceful & quiet. No 📺’s in bedrooms, but had all other amenities. And easy check out process too!!
