Monthly Rentals in Camelback Ranch, Phoenix

Alex's place was great! The location was close to the highway to get around to different areas surrounding Phoenix. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. There was lots of space for our family and the garage was great for keeping our vehicle cool. We did put tin foil on the one window to make it dark enough for our child to sleep and used a sound machine to block out the noise of people outside and traffic from busy McDowell Road. We let Alex know that the sink in the master bathroom was not draining and that the garage door was broken and she had someone come to fix the door right away (offered to have the drain repaired while we were there too but was ok to wait until we were gone for that as well). It was our own mistake not looking at the photos close enough to see that there was carpet under the dining table but we put down a shower curtain to protect the carpet from our toddler's messy eating! Overall, a great stay!

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Felipe was wonderful to interact with. We had a couple additional requests and he addressed these promptly and helped us out fully, which we very much appreciated. Of all our Airbnb hosts over the years, none has been better than Felipe! The accommodation was just as noted, which we absolutely loved, and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the pool area, which we used a number of times. The long term residents who we met were very friendly. The location was also great, close to many bar and grill options and other restaurants. We did many hikes and the location was also centrally located for these. All in all, it could not have been a better experience, and we hope to return and stay at Felipe’s condo in the future. Pristine place ! Absolutely enjoyed my time there, well-kept and spacious . And the host was very responsive when I had any questions regarding anything. Would recommend booking here if you want to be in the area
