Monthly Rentals in Broadkill Beach

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

This was our second year staying at Linda's place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The home is just as beautiful and welcoming as we remembered: bright, open, and full of windows that offer stunning views of the ocean. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. And Linda is a fantastic host! Super responsive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best stay possible. We’re so grateful to have found this gem and already can’t wait to come back!

What a gem! The house was perfect and the location was even better. Our dogs loved the place and the walks on the beach. Ian was responsive and genuinely cared how our stay was and that we were comfortable. Can't wait to book again!

We had the most relaxing stay at Julie's place with our two pups. Everything was clean and cozy, it had everything we need, was within driving distance to the things we wanted to do, and easy walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved the back yard being fenced in for the dogs to run around in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space and making us and our pups feel most welcome by your hospitality.
