Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Breckenridge

The house was lovely and the location was fantastic - walkable to the adorable downtown of Frisco. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great time at this house! Ashley was very helpful- we had requested a pack n play at the house when we arrived. They had brought over a children's mattress instead. I sent a text and they brought it over within 30 minutes. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the layout-everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom suite. The hot tub was great as well! We hope to return each year to ski and I would really like to stay at this house again. Thankyou Ashley!

This was a great stay for me and my buddies. We were able to hit the slopes as well as go out on the town was a perfect little getaway will be revisiting this place here in the next year with my soon-to-be wife, as well as my buddies significant others

We left yesterday after a full week there and had a great time. Jack and Jerrod couldn't have been more helpful. The home is spacious and we loved having 5 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds where my older grandkids stayed and they loved it because they had their privacy too. All the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so we didn't even have to bring any of it. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, spices and cleaning supplies and paper towels that lasted us the whole week! Every day we'd take our smaller grandkids for a walk and they loved it. The hot tub was a great thing to have after coming home from skiing and even the smaller kids loved it. It's not too far from the ski slopes, and we also went tubing and sledding which everyone enjoyed and it wasn't too far either. If we ever decide to go skiing to Breckenridge again, we will definitely try to stay there. Thanks Jack & Jerrod!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for our family - plenty big and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and the skiers loved to “ski in ski out” each day. Carin was responsive and we didn’t have any issues while we were there.

House was much bigger in person, the kitchen and open living room were a nice spot for larger groups. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Cute loft but not much privacy except in the lower level bedrooms. The basement had heaters to keep the rooms warm which was great. The hot water did run out quickly. Hot tub water was a little cloudy. Walkable to town (about 30 min) and you’re going to get a workout in. You do have to cross the street to “ski in and out”.

Location, location, location, location! Directly in front / across the street from the 4 o’clock trailhead and directly behind Main St. Our vacation could not have worked out better! We got lucky. Beautiful, cozy apartment. Well decorated. Plenty of space for a single family. Games, TVs and everything else you would have as if it were your own. Thank you!!

Great condo for a romantic getaway! The view was absolutely beautiful and it was a plus that the condo was walking distance to Main St! The only downside is the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Other than that our stay at Chris and Jenna’s was fun!

The location was perfect for our family vacation! I took my adult children to Marc’s place. We talked early on about the sleeping accommodations, and he was direct with me about what previous renters considered the pros of cons of the loft space. My party enjoyed the subtle privacy of the loft, bedroom, and downstairs. Two full baths and a vanity sink in the bedroom was perfect for personal privacy while giving the opportunity to enjoy each other company while in the condo. We had so much fun in Marc’s space and kitchen was where we started every morning before hitting the slopes. The storage locker room Marc provided fit all our outdoor equipment and the location to town and slopes were spot on!! Not to mention the outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyed as well.

Loved everything about the place. Conveniently located at the base of Peak 9, probably 100 yards as the crow flies to the lift, and a very short walk. We rented our skis and boots at the base of the lift and stored them there as well. We would walk over in the morning, retrieve our gear, walk right out the door and literally be right at the lift. It could not have been easier. The unit was wonderful - very roomy, well appointed with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The king beds were super comfortable. There were just two of us but it would be perfect for two couples as well. Parking on the ground floor of the building was a huge plus. It is just a short walk from the unit to Main Street. We would walk over every morning for breakfast and again in the evening for dinner. Could not have asked for anything better. Would return in a heart beat for winter or summer visit. Thanks so much!

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view to have coffee in the morning. Great location to mountains and restaurants with a short drive.

Kayla was extremely accommodating, we came to brec for the weekend to go snowboarding and brought our dogs. Kayla gave us a late check out so we could spend Sunday on the slopes. The cabin was very cozy with great amenities and awesome appliances 10 or 10 would recommend for a weekend getaway with your partner.

We had the best time! Super comfortable hut and the Sherpa service was the cherry on top! Magical first hut trip for a morning out group! Thank you David!

Nice place. Quiet setting perfect for relaxing after a full day of skiing. The garage was wonderful, it snowed everyday we were there and never had to clean snow off the car.
