Monthly Rentals in Bolton

We spent a week at Pebbys Place. It was so relaxing. We walked at the State Park and saw an amazing mural there. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards, also the barbecue. The house is comfortable and has wonderful views of the lake. We fished, biked, paddled and enjoyed the amazing bird life from the dock and the canal.

We were in town for a horseshow and the location was amazing! Ginger had all the menus and assured me how close it was. We could hear the announcing off in the distance!! perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and she had set food in the fridge to get us started and there was no worry about breakfast. Her thoughtfulness and friendliness was a breath of fresh air in crazy horse show days. She even ran me a cup of coffee when I needed it! I can not say enough how wonderful Ginger and Terry are. If you are looking for a lake get away, look no further! Fair warning, if there is a Paint Horse Show in town, you need to book before I do!! It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, we had a nice respite at the end of long days. Thank you Terry and Ginger for sharing your amazing space with us! Cheers

I absolutely loved the location of the airbnb. It was literally right on the lake and the views at sunrise and sunset (from the King bed and trundle bed) were amazing. I took advantage of sitting outside to eat or face the water when I could and watch the ducks (and some had ducklings with them!). There ARE alligators in the swampy area on the other side of the road, and it was really cool to see them. Overall it was a great place to spend a couple of relaxing days. It is def small town feel, slow paced living, so great for relaxing. Kelly was friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the house was gorgeous and easy to access/use. 10/10 would rebook.

This place was really nice! I enjoyed beautiful views of the lake while I worked at home and completely enjoyed the 3 Alligators that sunned themselves across the canal! Awesome!! The only drawback was the stairs were a challenge for our dog to navigate so one of us had to walk down backwards because they are not carpeted. Otherwise it was easy to find and close to shopping and good food. Laundry facility was a quick 20 minute drive. My husband and I enjoyed our walks in the evening, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!!
