Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Blue Ridge Mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place! The apartment was very cute and homey with all amenities you could need. The location was great for exploring some of the parts of New River Gorge National Park off the beaten path, and it was beautiful and peaceful being right on the river. The trains passing by were a bit loud during the night and the water did have a sulphur smell, however, those things are listed in the description of the apartment, so it did not impact my rating since we came in knowing what to expect. Amy was also a very responsive and friendly host!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Great place and wonderful stay! We decided to stop in Roanoke at the last minute and were able to book this place. The location is fantastic (less than a mile from all the cool, funky stuff in Roanoke), and the place itself looks to be an old high school, with the added bonus of a nano brewery RIGHT ON THE PREMISES (AFOG- look it up)! Check in was seamless, the place looks just like the photos, and it’s super clean (Neil even says in his welcome, not to bother with cleaning because they have a full time cleaning crew). If you’re staying in Roanoke, stay here!!!

It was the perfect spot for a family event being held nearby. Paul was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Very quiet and peaceful location despite being on a main road and close to everything we needed. Lots of nice touches that we appreciated. Thank you!

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

If you want to visit Cincinnati, but are looking for a smaller town to stay in, Ludlow is the spot! It’s about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. By staying in downtown Ludlow, there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Neat Suites has a few rentals in the same location. This one was super cute. Slept 3 easily and the layout allowed for privacy and room to hangout and cook. Instructions were easy to follow and the host was really good at communicating.

Stephen Is an excellent host. He thinks of everything and is very attentive and easy to communicate with. We felt right at home pretty much immediately and it is obvious Stephen enjoys others enjoying his space. The space is clean, nicely appointed, filled with interesting items to explore, and overall very comfortable. You are minutes from downtown but feel like you are in a quiet family neighborhood. If you are visiting Durham you can’t go wrong with this host. We are planning another trip in the fall to explore some of the kid friendly options in town and we will definitely be booking with Stephen again.

The place was beautiful and private with great views and not too far away. Linda & Michael were wonderful. They were very nice, helpful and ready to meet any need to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We look forward to going back in the future.

Linda and Richard are the sweetest people and they are so welcoming! My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Everything is just as pictured and they provide lots of snacks and breakfast items that were so great to have! The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was amazing and we will definitely return:)

Nicely remodeled. Land was private although surrounding area was not the greatest. Convenient to downtown Chattanooga which was a plus.

Love the location and the layout for our family! Helpful host and even some toys for my boys to play too. Safe location , close to anything you might need. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

This cabin was booked as a last-minute replacement when we had issues at another property. It was a nice, comfortable space with good amenities. The location was convenient to town, making it easy to access Gatlinburg's attractions. The host was great at communicating throughout our stay, which we especially appreciated given our last-minute booking. Overall, it served our needs well during our stay.

Such a great place and host! Tamara was super responsive and helpful, and the place feels a bit mid century inside, which I love. I loved the bedroom- very comfy and cozy! I’d definitely stay again!

Great location ! Everything was as described. For the price you can not beat it. Lots of fun. Hope to visit again. No complaints at all.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very conveniently located to so many activities in the Pigeon Forge area. We loved that the building was tucked away from the road, and the view facing the mountains from the patio was lovely. The condo had everything we needed and we were extremley comfortable. Our kids loved the indoor pool (to early in the season for the outdoor pool) and jacuzzi. It was nice to walk around the walking path and have Dunkin' right down the street. The apartment is small, but the spaces are well sized and we never felt crowded. Parking was easy and we loved that the building provided carts for moving luggage. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking stay in the area.

Jeremiah was very prompt, and professional in his responses. Our stay was absolutely everything we were looking for and more, would definitely love to book again in the future!

We will definitely be back! We loved the place! It was extremely clean! The location is great and in walking distance to so much to do and restaurants! The view was amazing! Clear instructions for everything upon arrival made check in so easy! We already said we will stay there on our next trip to the area!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at Laurie’s place! The condo was nice, clean, and within walking distance to Gatlinburg. Laurie even left a cake in the fridge for my birthday, which was so thoughtful, and in my opinion a step above any owner we’ve ever dealt with. Free tickets for local attractions was a huge perk, and we definitely took advantage of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!! Laurie takes good care of her guests!!

Comfortable place with high ceilings in a good central location, fully equipped for a long stay. In a relatively residential pocket, but with a cool coffee shop across the street, and city things a short walk or Uber away in any direction. There's also a Harris Teeter a few minute walk away. It's right by the highway, but running a white noise generator or an air filter masks it (unless someone is being deliberately noisy, but it is a city). The building as a whole has an unusual smell as some reviews mention, but I quickly stopped noticing it once inside. The parking is reserved in evenings and weekends but "open" if you leave the space during a weekday until 6pm. This never presented a problem in practice--maybe in part because it's a tough space to back into, so people avoid it! (It's tricky and may not fit atypically large cars--Honda Element was able to fit). Good view from the small roof deck, worth checking out if you stay here...
