Nice Clean Private Guest Suite

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Utah Retreat- Close to SLC Airport

This Utah retreat is close to the airport (15 min) and Salt Lake City (25 min) , but also close to the mountains. There are lots of trails to go four wheeling or hiking on. We have a play ground outside and a big playground across the street. We are the owners of Worth A Shot Firearms Training Center (worthashotfirearms.com) Utah Motorsports Campus and Deseret Peak Complex are really close by. So we are central to all the fun, but we still consider ourselves a little farm town.

Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.

Beautiful newly built duplex suite in downtown Herriman, UT. Close to Hill AirForce Base, easy access to freeway & downtown SLC! Huge selection of great food & shopping nearby. Private keypad entrance, 2 rooms+1 bath upstairs. NO FULL KITCHEN or stove, but does have Mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker & eating area. Amazing splash pad, park & outdoor roller/ice skating rink only 1 block away. It’s a nice quiet, restful place to stay in a great part of town.
