You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Charming & Secluded Farm House

Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this newly renovated farm house located at the entrance of our 104 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by woods on a county maintained gravel road the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have wifi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, a large open carport with a grill and a nearby screened in “club house”.

Location, location! This newly remodeled log cabin sits overlooking Burnside island and around the corner from Burnside marina! Minutes from three boat ramps. Parking for 3 plus vehicles and a boat. Cabin offers master with king bed/bath, loft with a queen bed, family room with sleeper sofa, and power love seat, nice kitchen and second full bath with tub/shower. Cabin is located on a quiet dead end street and is surrounded by trees and is close so several restaurants and stores.
