The house was beautiful and so spacious! My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. The yard was great for the dogs. Beautiful surroundings, even saw some deer. Would stay here again.

When we made this reservation, never did we think how perfect this would be. You feel like your the only one from miles, but your close to everything in town. From the beginning the hosts were very helpful to answer all questions, and let us know of the extras they offer (YES get the firewood for the fire pit on the back patio). When we needed extra supplies, they were quick to run them by for us. The HOUSE, this home is stunning, cozy, and you feel like you living the life. So peaceful, lots of trees, we saw 15+ deer and babies, squirrels, bunnies, and beautiful birds. We went for several hikes on the property, and felt very safe and enjoyed every moment. The home was very clean and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure the needs of their guests were met. I promise we would make sure this home is available before booking another trip! This place was absolutely beautiful. You walk outside and you are right on the lake. They also were really thoughtful about everything inside. It was later that night, and my stinky breath self realized I forgot my toothbrush at home. I opened the bathroom drawer...and boom...a toothbrush and toothpaste in plastic. Thank you! My breath no longer stinks! The only thing I didn't know was that the beds and the living room were in the same room. I'm pretty sure that this was clearly laid out in the listing and I didn't pay attention, but just want others to know this is a reality if they aren't paying attention like me. I would stay in this place a million times. Maybe since my breath no longer stinks they will sell it to me? ;). Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay at the "yellow house"! We had 8 guests total and there was plenty of space in the common areas with nice bedrooms to retreat to. We cooked brunch and dinner in the kitchen which had all of the pots, pans, and tools we needed. The backyard sitting area is perfect. The house is also close to Mercer and nice restaurants with downtown a little bit of a longer walk. We would definitely stay there again with a large group.

Such a beautiful area and home. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfy. Loved that old time feeling , brought back memories of visiting grand parents. Walked to The Brick restaurant. Fluffiest pizza dough EVER!! Hopefully get to come back and spend more than one night.

This is a lovely location ,quiet ,peaceful and close to necessities .It is so nicely decorated ,the backyard is beautiful ,we have 3 dogs and we have to make sure they are safe and have lots of room to play ,this certainly offers that and more !I have to say a huge issue for me is finding a firm bed ,I have severe back issues ,but the bed was amazing .Cleanliness is always a top priority for me and this place is very clean !Luke is a top notch host !I am always so appreciative when places are so pet friendly ,it means the world to us !The extra mile a host like Luke goes ,never goes unnoticed ,we would def book again !

Spacious Home in Great Location

This house is a great deal! The appliances were new and worked very well. The linens were luxurious. The kitchen was remarkably well supplied. I do a lot of baking and it was wonderful to have everything I needed. The hot water was terrific. The master bed was very comfortable. The layout of the house was pleasantly roomy. It's also quite solid, so floors didn't squeak. The shower in the second bathroom didn't work, but the one in the master bathroom was excellent and that was all we needed. WiFi was speedy. The house is on a busy road, but far enough back that the traffic wasn't an issue. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, the mall, Wesleyan College, and only 10 minutes to Amerson River Park, which made our old dog very happy! Finally, Annie and Stephen were terrific: very responsive and helpful in many ways.

Kelly's place was one of the nicest AirBnB's we have stayed. It was inviting, cozy and comfortable, beautifully appointed and pristine clean. All the neccesities were provided with many wonderful and thoughtful extras. The linens and towels were of the highest quality, and the beds were super comfortable. The back yard is huge, gorgeous and very private. Kelly was an excellent communicator and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We will definitely come back again!

The house was great it felt as if I was back at home as a child. I enjoyed myself and it was comfortable and everything was clean. The host did a very good job with communication just to make sure I felt like I was at home. Overall 10/10 experience and I will be back!!!

My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday with her invited bday squad. They was elated with the decor of the home. She enjoyed herself and so did I. The only challenge we had was the tv connectivity wasn’t the best . Overall it was worth the stay.

Our stay in this beautiful house was exceptional! We love the atmosphere of older dwellings! The location is within about a mile or less of downtown shops and museums! The restaurant scene was great. Be sure to eat at H&H Soul Food while you are there! We were well pleased with everything about Macon! We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay for the weekend. The space was cozy, clean, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. Check-in was seamless, and the location was easy to find. The bed was comfortable, and having a fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear footsteps from the main house above, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me, especially given the great price. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hemlock Cabin! The cabin is so unique and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s so cozy and literally has everything you could ever think you might need. The property is peaceful and we loved exploring the fairy garden and swing with our granddaughter. We would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing time! The Cabin's look made our rustic dream feel come true but also had the amenities that we wanted! Great trails! Enjoyed waking up each mornings and spending it on the porch. Lots of birds and deer! Village coffee thats right around the corner was also phenomenal. We will definitely take the family back!
