Great place to stay, with lots of great options nearby like restaurants, coffee shops, a shopping mall, and parks all within walking distance. The apartment is very neat and looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very friendly and consistently responsive. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Luxury 2 bedrooms apartment, exquisite design, located in a busy urban area with many utilities such as restaurants, eateries, parks and commercial centers. The space is cozy, full of modern furniture, making it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and accommodating. Well worth the experience.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

perfect stay if looking something in ho chi Minh ,at the very last moment we came across kungs apartment,center of ho chi Minh so it makes a perfect location if you want to go anywhere in ho chi Minh ... luxury apartment ,kung is super friendly and ready to help you with every problem . highly recommended for large groups kung ❤️ thank you so much you are super sweet until next time 🤙

This time, I went on my first international trip with old friends ~ It is located in a quiet neighborhood without being noisy, so I had a comfortable stay ~ You can take a taxi anywhere in 20 minutes based on the accommodation, and the taxi fare is cheap, so I stayed casually. The host also responds well and is kind ~ Ah! The view from the rooftop is also very good:)

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this unit. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and hassle free.The unit itself was well maintained. It is conveniently located near the city with a supermarket on the building super handy for groceries and essentials.They provided everything you might need from kitchenware to toiletries readily available. Plus the fast internet and Netflix were a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Really appreciated how clean this apartment was, and very comfortable mattress and pillows! Linens and towels were pristine white!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Le is friendly and helpful and was always quick to respond. Apartment is on 24th floor, facing NNE. View from the window is towards the river and a bit towards the opposite building. Courtyards are very green and area is quite. Mall with a supermarket is 5min walk and park with ride and such is 10min walk. Multiple convenience stores around, pharmacies, print shop - you don't really need to leave the area for almost anything. As of Jan'25 townhouse part of the area is mostly uninhabited and make for a quite and nice place to walk/run. There is a construction site nearby but it wasn't loud or bothersome even with open windows (I'm noise sensitive). There are a couple of gyms in the walking distance; pull-up bar and a pair of dumbbells in the apartment was very convenient too. Bike ride to the center of HCMC takes about 40min. To the airport during rush hour closer to 1.5h.
