jessica and austin's place is amazing. it looks brand new, even though she said it was finished in 2018. absolutely spotless, had everything you could imagine and more, including sample size toiletries in the bathroom. very comfortable bed, unbelievable View. but the best part were Jessica and austin! they were so welcoming and nice and responded back quickly every time I messaged them. we had a potential problem with the air conditioning one evening and Austin offered to have someone there within 30 minutes to check on it. then jessica checked in the next day to make sure it was working well. excellent hosts! highly recommend!

Richard was a great host who was very attentive to our needs! We had a couple hiccups (washing machine died), but Richard had tried to fix it and had somebody come look at it right away! Unfortunately for Richard, the machine was not repairable. He was willing to take our laundry and have it cleaned or do whatever we wanted, but we only had a couple days left, so it wasn’t a big deal. He was great answering any questions or problems immediately! The area is beautiful also! Great guy.

The place was beautiful and provided nice solitude. Joe was extremely responsive to any questions and extremely friendly. I loved all the animals! The bathtub was so nice and luxurious. I do wish the river was easier to get to- there was a path but it wasn't all clearly marked (which Joe did include in the description). The key wasn't there when I arrived but Joe easily helped me find another one. I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a long stay during our home renovation. The space was the prefect size & was appointed with all the things we needed, TV, internet, kitchen & a huge shower! The space looks out to a lawn that is frequented by deer & other wildlife. In the distance beyond the trees is a horse farm. It is the prefect country setting for rest & relaxation. The space is clean & well maintained. It has all the updated amenities which made for a very comfortable stay. I’m not sure there is a better AirBnB host! Beyond being kind & friendly she was quick to respond to internet & electric outages. Things that were always weather related. When the grill failed Marzie purchased a new grill & had it ready to go for our use within a few days. She is very invested in her guest’s comfort. Marzie was accommodating & gracious. We can’t thank Marzie enough for her hospitality during a very stressful period. Her hospitality & home were the perfect antidote to the stress & strains of renovation! Thank you, Marzie
