One short block from the sand in a classic remodeled 60's beach house. Stylish and uncluttered with everything you need. Downstairs "lower" front house with a patio, fully stocked kitchen, open living space with mid-century style furnishings. Styled and furnished as a home with Sonos everywhere, Vitamix, pour-over coffee, plus everything you need for the beach. We live on the property part of the year. Please note - no AC, just fans and ocean breezes! Parking sometimes available, please ask.

Perfect Spot with Garage, Private Deck, Bikes & Beach Toys

A two-minute walk to the beach! This bright one bedroom beach pad with peek-a-boo beach view is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 with the use of air beds, although 4 adults will find it tight. The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm all reservations. 4 guest max including infants. NO PARTIES!

Vintage beach cottage w/ modern-day conveniences (central heat & A/C), Apple TV, DVD, vintage appliances, incl. dishwasher) on the quiet-end of Balboa Island; tree-lined street, steps to the beaches on South Bayfront; two blocks to Balboa Island ferry and market.
