Very comfortable place and a nice experience overall. We stayed there several months as our transitional home as we sold our home in this same area and moved to our new home overseas. Convenient location, in an upscale part of the peninsula. Great neighborhood for us to walk our dog. Home has spacious, well kept grounds and easy parking for multiple cars. The living room was roomy, with lots of light and a nice view of the pool and greenhouse. Bedrooms are comfortable. Modern heating/cooling and good WiFi. Having both front and back entrances separate from the host's part of the property was nice. As others have mentioned, Jennifer and Andy are very helpful, nice people and even brought us home cooked meals on occasion, including our last night there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Beautiful garden and sunny room. Locate near the numerous shops and restaurants. Excellent place.

Stayed at Carter’s place for a month and it had everything I needed! It was very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
