Beto was very quiet and gave us the possibility to leave a little after the scheduled time. It was kind and we love the space. My family was very happy, the air conditioning was great, the hot shower. Ai, we love very much.

A very good location, on the main avenue that takes you downtown, either on foot or with the 5 real transfers that pass by all the time. Vicente is attentive to everything if you have any questions and welcomes you with the best vibes. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to come.

Very nice location, close to the beach of the dunes and the fort, easy access by Uber to the other beaches, met my family's expectations, I hope to return more often!

I would like to thank Ms.Tereza,Denise Mell and Luciana for taking away the debts I had, for the attention and the reception. We also thank the staff of the building, very polite and helpful. Village council have been 9 wonderful days that my family and I have lived! The sensational apartment faithfully corresponds to what is offered in the listing. My family and I hope to be back soon! Because we feel at home and we live good times that have stayed forever in our memories.

It was wonderful to spend the weekend there. Clean, organized apartment, spacious rooms with en-suite, everything in perfect condition. I'll be back more often. The Condominium is organized, impeccable facilities. Luciana and Amanda are always willing to help with everything.

I would like to list a few highlights: the ventilation of the Apto is exceptional (balcony in front of the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen); Very good internet; garage covered and excellent; great location, close to everything; cleanliness of the building in general optimum; security also great; fully functioning and well cleaned elevators; TVs in the living room and bedroom are Smart Tv; kitchen utensils all perfect. In the end, my Wife and I feel at Home, and we certainly indicate this property without fear of making mistakes.

Denisse, your house is wonderful with a beautiful view and very good layout. Just a few details to improve. The bathrooms on the ground floor need some improvements, which look abandoned. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. In the kitchen there was no coffee, sugar or tea, more than anything, something basic. You should know that the house is close to the beach, about 15 minutes walking, and that the 4 minutes indicated on the page are by car and with slopes. I mean, my stay was wonderful, I would go again and these comments are constructive. Thank you very much

The space is beautiful and cozy, ideal for those who go in large groups. Our stay went super well — communication and impeccable service. We really like it! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, maybe even more beautiful in person… it delighted us completely. When entering the house, sometimes two puppies stay at the gate — impossible not to fall in love with them, hahaha! I already returned home with longing for them and the chalet. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it! Thank you very much for your attention and care during our stay. We still got two delicious cakes, and the air-conditioned room made everything even more comfortable.

Apartment super airy and well located, near the fair and close to the beach. Mr. Firmino is super attentive, my family and I love the stay, we will be back for sure.
