The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. We really like the place. The house has everything we need for a vacation time, close to the beach, the neighborhood is super quiet, there is a bakery and grocery store at the corner. We hardly use a car. We feel so at home that we chose to make meals in the house that has everything we need. Worth a lot to have chosen this place, we were very well served from the closing to the check-out. I just have to thank you for sharing this corner. We'll be back for sure.

The entire stay was superb! Alex contacted us on his own in time for our stay and organized the ferry from Angra Dos Reis to Proveta. The arrival and departure was therefore completely problem-free. The place itself is very quiet and not very touristy, which we liked. There is a supermarket where you can actually get everything you need. Next to it there is a bakery and other small shops. There are also a few down-to-earth restaurants. The beach is super nice, the water clear. The people in the village are also very nice and helpful. Alex was always available, by the way. The house is not located on the beach, but on the beach. You can't get any closer to the water. Everything is available for the beach, the apartment is sparkling clean and fully equipped. The apartment is also sufficiently large for 5 people. From the bedroom you can look directly at the sea 🌊 Clear recommendation!

I went with my family for the first time to Arraial do Cabo and the stay with Luiz was great. Always communicative and returning to all contacts. Excellent place and practically on the side of Praia Grande. The Casa had everything you need to go to Praia. We were afraid to take our cat on the trip and we ended up not taking it, but the house is also perfect for those who have a four-legged child. The next time we are taking it with us. Great choice for those who go to Arraial :)

I would definitely go again. The accommodation is spacious, complete, comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures/description. We didn't lack anything, we were able to cook, rest, make use of all the spaces with comfort. We were 4 adults but the space is for many more. The cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, everything worked properly, perfect ventilation, windows with shutters to sleep quietly, very comfortable en-suite bathrooms, a third bathroom on the ground level that was very helpful. Everything is excellent and ready for a formidable stay. I definitely recommend going to Marcelo's place. He provides valuable information for your stay. Easily reached on foot. The area is very quiet and quiet, STEPS FROM THE SEA! You hear the sea when you open the window in the morning. It is close to restaurants and bars, warehouses, downtown. I can't say anything bad about the place, nor about the attention.

It was a very good stay. The apartment was spotless and just like in the pictures. The hostess was attentive and always available to assist with any questions. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed. I recommend hosting and will definitely be back.

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

A beautiful place set in nature. Falling asleep to the sound of the river made for a very peaceful sleep. We saw all kinds of animals right from the balcony while we enjoyed our morning coffee! A perfect place for the person who loves being in nature!!!!
