Oh Deer! Room · Dame Fortune's Cottage Court

TerryRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I've stayed in the exact same room a couple of times in the past year, being in town for business. The room especially the bathroom was spotless and it is always the first place I look. She left a key for me to simplify my check-in and I left it in the room when I left. Printed my receipt online so the process was flawless. If you want to stay close to the stores and restaurants, you could not find a better location.

Room 10 · Holiday Road Room-Dame Fortune’s Cottage Court

This place was none the less than spectacular!!! Upon arriving for the Solar Eclipse Andie greeted us outside and gave us some eclipse glasses. She shared local restaurants, gave us a token to remember to eclipse and always made sure to say hi when she saw us on property!! Beautiful location, the restoration of this older property is phenomenal and the price was perfect. Huge thank you for making this trip special and we look forward to coming back and having our wedding party visit next year! Thank you Andie!!

Overall great stay!! Would definitely rent it again. Great for what we needed, and was in walking distance from a lot of restaurants. They were great about checking on us, and communicating with us. 10/10

Boutique Lodging on the Historic Square

MandiRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This historic, boutique hotel is lovely! Heather is wonderfully responsive & was so helpful with a minor hiccup at check-in! The area is perfect for a little getaway—within an easy walk to the coolest speakeasy-themed restaurant/lounge & several shops on the square! Definitely recommend!

Best Value! Historic B&B in Cotter - Room 203

LindaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I had an amazing time at „The Commercial Hotel“. It‘s obvious how much love and effort Jason and Kammi put into creating this peaceful place to stay. The B&B was easy to find, the check-in was great and I was allowed to check in earlier. Jason and Kammi gave me great advice for the area and responded fast when I had a question. The B&B was super comfortable and always clean. There are many beautiful spots to explore in the area or easy to reach by car (Mountain View, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Eureka Springs, etc.). I highly recommend this B&B and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Jason, Kammi and Michael!

Spring River Stonehouse Inn, Gigi's Room

LilyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Comfy bed, breakfast snack area with keurig, reliable wifi, super nice hosts, off street parking, private and safe. Was hesitant to choose this property because I typically don't like the traditional B&B compared to a whole place to myself BUT it was great! Not at all what I expected and everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again and again. Definitely recommend.

Best Value! Historic B&B in Cotter - Room 206

I am in hospitality management and I travel a decent amount. This was without a doubt my favorite spot to stay. Jason and Kammi were immediately responsive as soon as I booked. They even shared info about events happening in the area during my stay. The hotel is absolutely precious. Incredibly clean, and full of history. I was upstairs so I shared the 3 bathrooms. Even with the hotel being full, I never had to wait for a restroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed, and the coffee was available and plentiful 24/7. The location cannot be beat. I walked to the park/spring/river multiple times. It is also a few feet from an adorable lounge, Arkanzen. I spend evenings there and walked away with a handful of new friends! I was a solo female traveler for this trip, and felt 100% safe during my entire time in Cotter. Be sure and walk to the park at night to see the bridge lit up! I already miss my new Cotter family, and I am planning my next trip! The Hotel is perfect.
