It was a four night stay. Nice place with all the right amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I chose to park out front on the street and spaces were always available. Great communication with the owner. I would stay there again.

Alan’s home was just what we were looking for - plenty of space for the 4 of us (two adults and two kids), walking distance and access to the lake, and a great private outdoor space. Alan was easy to communicate with and quickly fixed one of the toilets as soon as we notified him of an issue. He even lowered the basketball hoop for my daughter and gave her a basketball to use during our stay. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Olivia is such a wonderful soul! she was responsive, caring, thoughtful and I can not say enough positive things about her and her place! she offered personal touches and it was very appreciated! The Kiwi was spacious, comfortable and felt like home away from home. I loved the accommodations and the location. I will absolutely be back!

Hector was very nice person, and the property is amazing with a outstanding view of lake Huston And a beautiful view of the mountains, and lots more.

Jacquelyn has a beautiful apartment with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you would ever need. Lots of high end bathroom lotions and products. Bed was comfortable. Area is walkable but also a neighborhood changing and improving. A little care is needed if outside at night, like most big cities. Yes, we would absolutely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay! Adam was incredibly responsive and flexible. He was proactive in his communication, offered great recommendations for the local area, and was came able to meeting my needs. Also, the place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised, and it was a great location being so close to public transit and getting to/from the Convention Center for my week-long event. I highly recommend to others visiting the Denver area and wanting a quiet place to lay their heads.
