Vacation rentals with beach access in Appalachian Mountains

Great host, a great location, and so close to things to do. Found great places to eat, and local conveniences were easy to find. Jay was so helpful, and the place had great charm. I would stay here again.

Very nice place. Great views of the beach / ocean with direct access. Walking distance to all the places that are open in the off-season. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great deck. All newly appointed. Perfect week.

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

A hidden gem! Very comfortable couch and bed, well equipped kitchenette, and perfect location! Earl was a very responsive host, we are definitely going to keep this place in our favorites list for future trips to the OBX!

The stay was exactly what I needed from beginning to end! Martina’s responsiveness was impressive and she was very accommodating in every way right down to personally bringing new batteries for the tv remote. Super host! I love staying at Sheila’s place. I’m a return customer. Her place is a nice little no frills place off the beach. It’s immaculately cleaned The area is very walkable to the boardwalk. It’s comfortable and I feel safe when I am there. There is some noise as it’s close to “the action” but that’s a part of the appeal. The place does allow pets however there is a weight restriction so if you plan on taking your pet you must talk with her when you book the place. Sheila herself is super communicative. She is kind and respectful. You really cannot go wrong with this diamond in the rough.

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could’ve wanted for a relaxing getaway. It couldn’t have been more special. The space was beautifully kept, super comfortable, easy to tidy, and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend. It took 2 minutes to walk to the beach and is in a welcoming neighborhood. 5 stars ⭐️

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

This place was perfect for our family of 5, so much better than a cramped hotel room. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach and we appreciated all the beach gear that was provided (umbrella, wheelbarrow and plenty of chairs). Mark and Alison were very responsive to any questions I had and even provided local recommendations of activities and restaurants. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It just felt like home as soon as we walked in. We will definitely look to rent again if we ever return to VA beach.

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Very happy with our stay here! Beach is such an easy walk with access directly across the street. Pretty sunset views over marina. The restaurant at the marina next door is also very tasty! The beach was lovely and quiet during our stay. The condo is decorated well and has a nice layout. Our family of 5 was comfortable throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Thomas was a great host. The place has an amazing view from the living room and balcony, overlooking the beach . The queen beds are excellent for kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this unit for your next trip to Myrtle Beach.

This place is beautiful, quiet, not busy (at least in early April), beach is clean, friendly neighborhood-if we return to this area we will try to obtain the same condo. Rebecca our host went so far above and beyond what was expected-when I arrived at the wrong place, when I asked about early check-in, and when I drove off with their parking pass. We have rented Airbnbs many times all over the US and Central America, and I can tell you Rebecca is by far the best host we have ever had. Her immediate response to some of my questions was priceless.

thanks Sal! what a great apartment. there was lots of space and it was very clean. Sal was available all week whenever we needed something he was right there. our family of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed the whole week.
