Vacation rentals with a balcony in Appalachian Mountains

A beautiful home, filled with everything you need for the perfect stay. Our family needed to check in early and they responded so quickly and were very accommodating to our needs. Would def recommend staying here!

My family came for a long weekend during spring break and had a great time! CVS and local market across the street. Walkable to lots of good coffee shops and restaurants. A block or so away from the Blue line which made going into downtown super easy. The place was clean, cozy, and we all loved the artwork!

Had a great stay! Great location just off of King Street and convenient for walking in Charleston. Very responsive host . Enjoyed the calming sound machine in the bedroom and thank you for having various streaming services logged into for the TV.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

Where to begin…the location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape May. We took nightly walks on the beach, enjoying the sunset and even saw a few dolphins. The house was fantastic - clean, well-stocked, with extra helpful touches like a sunscreen bar and travel size tubes of toothpaste in case you forgot to pack some. The hot tub is very nice as well as the fire pit area. Heather was very responsive and helpful. Cape May is a beautiful town with lots to do - shopping, restaurants, light tower, Aviation Museum, Physick Estate (my personal favorite). The architecture in some neighborhoods is stunning. Would visit this area again and would definitely stay at this house again.

The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. It had all the amenities one could wish for plus more. Very comfortable furniture and a great environment to spend time in. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly throughout the stay. The house is located in a transitional area about 12 minute drive from Broadway with a lot of great local places near to eat and/or listen to music. The house is located along a road which you can hear at night.

Lenka and Curtis are exceptional hosts who made our stay truly memorable. Their place was immaculate - spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, just steps from Picton's main street with convenient access to grocery stores and charming coffee shops. Their communication was outstanding throughout our stay, checking that we had everything required. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches - e.g. ground coffee in the well-appointed kitchen and bath products in the pristine bathroom. We wholeheartedly recommend their place for its perfect blend of cozy comfort and exceptional value. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We're already planning our return visit!

My friends and I celebrated the new year in Chicago and were so grateful to find this place! Logan Square is a great neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was easy to access and very clean. It was particularly clean for a place that people use for celebrations and parties! I really appreciated that. Bathrooms were roomy, great fixtures, and nice decor. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’d happily book it again.

Amy’s place is centrally located and very lovely. We booked it prior to knowledge about construction but she was upfront with us about this (and it is now included in the listing information), and did offer us a discount as result, which was much appreciated. We appreciated the ease of contacting her. Parking was a little challenging in the neighborhood and heating in the house was a bit uneven with the weather being unseasonably cold on our last day but we managed just fine and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

We had an extraordinary stay at Shannon's home. From the moment we arrived, late after a 10 hour drive, we felt right at home and cozy in her beautiful, thoughtfully appointed house. We enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen, which we were able to easily cook full meals in, and the rooms were perfect for us and our two small boys. This was definitely the most (young) family friendly Airbnb we have every stayed at, and we really appreciated being in a space already prepared for children. Thank you!

Liz and Gary were excellent with communication and their home was perfect for a family getaway. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is walkable to a wonderful coffee shop. Everything is so close to the house. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The home was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer was so helpful and meant we didn’t have to pack as much. There is so much to do in Atlanta and my kids are already begging to go back and stay at the same house.

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful. We were two families with a toddler and a young child. Tim's place was exactly what we were looking for–a beautiful row home in historic Richmond. I grew up in Richmond, so I was really looking forward to staying downtown and exploring the city I grew up in years ago. Tim's home was the perfect place to do just that. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street, but walkable to bars, restaurants, shops, etc., and an easy drive to even more. The home itself has so many original touches, but has been updated and designed with modern amenities for a perfect mix. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy with white noise machines provided. The front patio was lovely for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Speaking of coffee, Tim provided an abundance of delicious coffee options, which made our entire group happy. I would definitely recommend Tim's home to anyone looking to explore Richmond in a safe area.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed and super walkable to all transit options we utilized. Also a cozy and roomy enough place for 5 people to unwind together at the end of the night. Great food options surround you too! Wake up and go downstairs to Corner Kitchen, or order late night pizza at Pequods next door. Love the balcony the apartment has! Perfect city stay. Colin was a communicative and thorough host. We will be back!

Great place! Very well kept and clean. Tom is very responsive from the time you book. Just be mindful that as stated there is NO where to park if you drive. All in all such a great neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our three nights in Matt's roomy upstairs apartment. Great to have a space in his garage; the car stayed parked there while we took the blue line downtown each day. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Logan Square station. If you're flying into or out of O'Hare, it would be convenient, since the airport is the last stop on the blue line.

We had an excellent stay at Virginia’s place! Four of us came to Toronto for a concert at the Rodger’s Centre which was just across the street. The unit was quite a bit bigger than I expected! There was plenty of room for all four of us, we never felt crowded. We were able to walk to a huge variety of restaurants and activities. Virginia was beyond kind and welcoming. Super quick to respond and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend staying with Virginia to anyone coming to Toronto!

I had nothing short of an amazing experience at this beautiful condo with this close of access to the shore it was very comfortable and convenient. All of our amenities were amazing and made us feel at home upon arrival, can’t wait to try and make it back next year!

Great location Spacious rooms and very clean

My stay was more than expected. The place was exactly as advertised, quiet and peaceful. The coffee shop and bakery next door was a great walkable treat. There were also local coffee shops and restaurants which were suggested just a short drive away. Within 12 minutes to downtown Nashville. Simple and easy commute. Neal was accommodating and helpful, keeping me up to date on incoming bad weather. I look forward to staying again in the future, and would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within a short convenient drive!
