Monthly Rentals in Alva

My partner and I enjoyed our stay @ colleen's place. We had a wonderful time and the place was exactly as described, it even looks better in person. It has everything that you need for a staycation. Colleen was super nice, for letting us check in before the actual check in time with no additional fees. Had nothing to complain about, we highly recommend this place and will definitely book with them again.

We had an amazing time here. The best part is how remote the location is- there is so much privacy- and it's only about 40 minutes from Ft Myers. There's a lot of grounds to explore- you will run into animals and the trees provide a lot of coverage from the sun. The weather was really nice this weekend- it was cold in the morning and not too hot during the day. My son loved fishing in the creek. They provided fishing poles- it was extremely beautiful. The chickens are fun. The home is comfortable. The screened in porch is very nice- you can avoid bugs and enjoy the nature. I wish we could have stayed longer. BTW- do not follow GPS directions to the home- it will take you the wrong way. The host was responsive and accommodating to us. Thank you!

Joleigh was a great host. Always timely responses. The house provided just what we were looking for……peace and quiet. There was a minor issue upon checkin which Joleigh worked diligently to resolve in a timely manner. Even following up to verify everything was good. Upon entering the house it was super clean and inviting. Very nicely decorated. Super comfy king size bed. Nice game room. Enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend
