Monthly Rentals in Alberta Arts District

This is a cozy, comfortable, well furnished one-bedroom apartment just a block off Alberta with stores and restaurants all around. Faith is very responsive and helped me due to a family emergency. This was my 2nd stay and I’ll definitely stay again when in Portland.

This air bnb was a very nice comfy place perfect for two people. The area is easy to get to and was quiet at night. We loved the free parking on the side of the street and was able to park super close to the house. The amenities that was provided was a great detail to this place including the washer and dryer, towels and kitchen supplies. Highly recommended!

A great deal of care and consideration went into the design of this guest apartment. It was spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were also many thoughtful extras such as very nice bath and body products, a selection of DVDs and puzzles, etc. You will hear music from the bar next door from time to time. It usually ends by 10 pm and the hosts provided ear plugs and a white noise machine if needed. The Alberta neighborhood is fun to explore and detailed recommendations are offered the host's guidebook.

Joanna was a fabulous host. Her AirBnb was situated in the Alberta Arts District, which is extremely walkable. There was plenty to do in that neighborhood. Joanna was very responsive with any questions we had and went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend staying here.
