Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Acadiana

We absolutely loved this beautiful well kept historic home!! There was plenty of space to accomodate our entire family, the home was clean and our hosts thought of everything! This home felt like HOME and and we treated it as such! We will definitely stay again and thank you to our hosts for allowing us to share your home for a few days!

Matt's place was awesome...very responsive host and everything was just like the pictures. we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Mr. Winston's place was great! It came as a recommendation from a friend of ours and it was a great recommendation. Nice quiet location with a scenic view of the bayou. You are about 4 minutes outside of the main part of Pierre Part. His cottage is spacious with everything that you need. We willl definitely be returning.

Randolph provided the best experience we’ve had so far at out of state stays! Easy, clear communication and excellent accommodations and recommendations. We will be looking to book with them again next time we’re back in the area. The pictures are exactly as it appears in person and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The backyard was so peaceful and relaxing and just what we all needed and wanted. THANK YOU! 10 stars from us as we traveled for the Nationals USBC Open bowling tournament and felt right at home.

My family and I came to Lafayette for my retirement ceremony from the Louisiana National Guard after 39 years. Lisa was an awesome host and helped make my day special.

Wow!!!!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb/Vrbo locations. I’ve even owned a short term rental property. None….including my own, comes close to matching the awesomeness of this property!! Mary was such a gracious and thoughtful host. Her hospitality is unmatched. My grand children are still mentioning “Ms. Mary”. This property will now be thought of as a destination for me. Not just a place to stay when I’m traveling to this area. If Airbnb had a program that recognized the Airbnb of the year….this property would definitely be a top contender!!

House was great! Loved the quiet, safe neighborhood.

Dani and Jacob were GREAT! When you walk thru the front gated door the door is on the left. When you walk into Dani's and Jacob's place it is amazing. Very Clean. The outside of the building is rough looking but they appear to be working on the outside of the building. There is plenty of parking in the front near where you are located in the building or parking in the back. I felt safe and it was very quiet.

Francis provided a clean and well-located space to stay in Lafayette. It was close to multiple restaurants and attractions, and was convenient.

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

This was my second time to stay at Ashley's place. Since the parking lot is gated, there is literally everything to do just around the corner, its proximity is two minutes from the highway and the property is very well kept, it is one of my favorite Airbnb's in Baton Rouge.

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

We booked with Savannah and she quickly responded to let us know we were good to go. Nicely kept, clean and cozy. We felt right at home. We will definitely book again if we decide to stay in the Baton Rouge area again. Thank you for hosting us!

We just had a short stay, but it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was so comfortable!

Incredible stay! Close to all LSU facilities and great eats nearby. Host is very responsive and understanding.

Brandon's condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and neat There was even some water in the refrigerator. The area was extremely quiet. The bonus was meeting the neighbor's kitty who was also very friendly. Next time we are looking to stay in Baton Rouge, we will be rebooking with Brandon.
