Downstairs is a kitchen with essentials, & a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Outside is your private patio with a bistro set for a morning coffee. We have free parking along the whole road - it’s 6 minutes walk to the closest train station, 20 mins walk to the sea / central Hove. By car, it's 5 mins into Hove / 15 mins to Brighton.

Beautiful Garden Flat Central

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat adjacent to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
