Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

A quiet detached seaside retreat close to the beach and local shops. The property comprises : A stepped entrance into a spacious porch, leading into a comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, with freestanding bath and walk in shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, one single, private garden, off road parking. There is an annexe at the end of driveway with a single occupant +1 small dog, who requires pedestrian access only via the driveway.

This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and village convenience shop a similar distance, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.
