Vacation rentals with beach access in Yucatán Peninsula

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. Jorge was very attentive and had great recommendations!

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

The apartment is a bit outdated but beautiful with a gigantic view of the turquoise blue sea. It has everything you need. There was even a water dispenser in the room. Balcony, pool,… everything is great! We can highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay

We really liked our stay here! We were picked up from our water taxi and showed around on our way to the Airbnb. Javier was so nice and had great recommendations. The Airbnb was located just a block from the water and had tons of great restaurants and bars close by. The place was comfortable, we would stay here again!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Beautifully appointed and clean home. Comfortable beds and essentials in the kitchen. We had a great visit and enjoyed the views, pool and a short drive to the malecon. Water heater went out in one of the bathrooms but staff was incredibly responsive and had it fixed in 24 hours.

The house is super spacious and nice in addition to clean!, the beautiful beach and the area very quiet!!... Tony is very kind and always attentive. And the village is very close to buy anything. We were very comfortable!!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Lovely place within a walkable distance to the ferry terminal (10 min walk), Playa Norte, restaurants and shops. The location is great. We stayed for two nights and the only time we needed a golf cart was to visit Punta Sur. Everything was clean inside. We were pleasantly surprised with the ocean view from the master bedroom. It was awesome to watch the sun rise just by walking out to the terrace from the bedroom. Easy access to the small beach as well. The pictures don't do this place justice. We'd definitely stay here again.

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

Hello, the whole stay was great, it was clean, there was only one problem in one of the bathrooms, when you took a bath the water came out of the shower, which caused the bathroom floor to get all wet

We loved our stay at the Elements. Our condo was in the perfect location, 2nd floor and easy access to the pool and ocean! The condo was very astheticly pleasing. We loved the decor and everything was set up great!

Oscar was a great host! He was very responsive when I asked questions such as restaurant recommendations. Check in was a breeze. The condo was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing view to wake up to and go to bed to each day! The location was amazing. We were so close to restaurants, town and not too far from Secret Beach. If we wanted to have a relax day, no problem, we just sat on the verandah and enjoyed the view and sometimes could even hear live music from the patio!
