Vacation rentals in Ytterhogdal

This was our second stay with Örjan and it was perfect and cozy yet again. Örjan was also very kind to offer us to extend our stay with two nights free of charge due to the house being available. We could not benefit of his suggestion on this occasion as we had made other plans already but will certainly stay there next time again!

We stayed here for four nights over the sports holiday as a family with three children and dog and had a great time! The house is beautifully located overlooking a lake in a quiet and private location, perfect for relaxing and dog walking. The place was homely, well equipped, tidy and practical. We especially appreciated the wood-fired sauna on the farm! Carola was nice and helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Perfect as a base for skiing in Vemdalen even if it's a bit of a drive. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this home!

We visited in the winter. It had everything necessary to enjoy a few cozy days. The power supply was also available. Our kids had fun and also felt comfortable. Janos informed us in advance about the simple amenities. Since the houses do not have permanent heating for frost protection, the shower is not available in winter. We weren't fully aware of this at first. With a little improvisation, we were still able to "shower" with warmed water from the fireplace after the sauna. Janos was also always easily accessible and very eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible! We had a few wonderful days and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Great place to stay with family. Nearby is snowmobile tracks for backcountry skiing. Sveg (30km) has: good ski stadion, slalom ski mountain and watercenter with slide.

Nice place. The apartment roughly corresponds to what you see on the pictures. The sauna could be renovated. The location is the best possible. Nice hosts and great ski resort.

Great cabin that is very well located. Close to runs and a cross country ski track. Clean, fresh and modern.
