Vacation rentals in Wondecla

Our stay was so relaxing, beautiful location with a lot of activity options. A lot of lovely wildlife visiting and easy boat access. The house was very comfortable for 8 guests, both inside and out. The lake side area was very comfortable, shady and a lot of seating which made the days extra relaxing. Quiet and private.

We've been travelling around Australia for 3 months and feel this was our favorite place to stay in all of our time here. The home was stunning. Very comfortable and private, it was all you could ask for and more. It was a mere 185 steps to the beach (it was right across the street!) and just a few blocks away on the same street were some amazing restaurants, cafes and shops. They were easily accessible but far enough away that you couldn't hear any music or noise. In fact, the only thing we could hear from the house was the wind blowing through the trees or birds chirping. The home was stunning, modern, pristine and Deborah was a fantastic host. It really couldn't have been better and it was difficult to leave.

Cassi is a wonderful host with a wonderful place! She was friendly in communication and answered my random questions regarding coffee machines. She kept me up to date and was super helpful. The place is stunning - perfect location on the lake, close to the main village for a coffee and friendly locals, the house beautiful inside and out - we spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the view, sharing meals and playing card games or under the deck playing ping pong. Perfect weather for sight seeing and even when it rained (Cassi can’t help the weather!!), we didn’t feel cooped up -we were able to sit on the deck without getting wet. Beautifully presented and allowing for relaxed living and quality time with friends and family. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of appliances and kitchenware that we had everything we needed. Will 100% be back!

This place is peaceful, private and perfectly equipped. Fantastic place for families where everyone likes their own space too. Pictures don't do it justice, the views are breathtaking and lots of spaces to enjoy! Highly recommended. Paronella Park visiting being do close was just the cherry on top! This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything in Cairns. Judith is a great host, very proactive and responsive to all enquiries. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and has all the amenities you want. We would come back here again if we visit Cairns in the future

We had a fantastic stay at this grand home in Bungalow. The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts. Being so close to Cairns CBD made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience—highly recommended!

Amazing. It very much fits the description. Lots of room and space to relax and play music and entertain family. The main bathroom is so gorgeous! Every window is picturesque with jungle views. Very much worth it.
