Recommended place, very convenient for groups of friends, only flaw is the single bathroom for many, a bit difficult to manage. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable and quiet location. Clean and comfortable place. We had a very good time as a group of 8 people. Recommended place for those who want to visit the city, also convenient for the nearby location of the metro a 15-minute walk away.

Daniel's father was very accommodating, including the children. He spontaneously built a small playground in the garden with slide, swing, seesaw, bobby car, scooter, tricycle. That was very nice! The garden is bordered by and is also good for young children to play. No unnecessary frills, they can move freely. In the paved courtyard and on the street (cul-de-sac), children can also stay safely.

Villa Romenthal is an extremely luxurious and very individually designed accommodation with a wonderful terrace from which you have a very nice view of Lake Ammersee. Katja is a very kind and helpful woman who is very communicative. My husband and I stayed in the loft for five nights and we felt completely comfortable. The space is very bright and spacious, very tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a successful vacation. We can recommend this apartment without any restriction.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.
