The place was as described, would say even better. Everything was perfect. Excellent cleanliness, super amenities, everything you need is available. Super nice hosts. My dog was very welcome. The outdoor hot tub and the pine sauna contributed a lot to the relaxation. The pizza oven in the reception is also sensational and satisfies hunger without having to leave the accommodation. The chalet itself has a feel-good factor that is simply great. For winter sports, everything is at your doorstep. In any case, it will be booked again. Thanks for the relaxing days!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Great place in a special location.

Wonderful little appartment in the middle of Kitzbühel. A steep but easy wonder in to town means you don't really need to get into the car if you don't want to. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and a wonderful host to help with anything else you need.

Perfect location on the valley run. Very tasteful decor and a very friendly and flexible host.

There were eight of us in the accommodation and we were completely satisfied. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and in the evening you can sit together comfortably in the living room. On the spacious balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains and from the property you can go hiking directly. Absolutely recommended! Penny and Sebastian were also very friendly and accommodating hosts.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent. We highly recommend this apartment and would come back any time!

The accommodation was very nice and well-equipped, no complaints. We had a very good week, this region is rich in discoveries, we hope to return to this cottage one day.

We were guests with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's. The place was great, I don't think you can be any closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are super accessible on foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was always available to answer questions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

We had a lovely time staying here! The apartment was nice, with a spacious bathroom, and the value for the price was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
