Sleeping Well (Double Room with Private Bathroom)

This is one of the nicer hostels I've stayed at. Even though there's not much floor space beyond the bed itself, because the bed sits on a very low platform, the room feels quite spacious. And the bathroom is pretty huge by comparison, with an antechamber that'll fit toiletries for two and then some, plus a separate shower/toilet room (closed off by a curtain). I've been traveling for a very long time. This hostel was an unexpected delight. Don't hesitate — a great value and a great location. Plus very friendly staff.
A bedside lamp positioned next to a spacious bed provides soft lighting. The lamp features a contemporary design with a white cylindrical shade and a black base. The bed is dressed in light, striped linens, creating a calming atmosphere.

Loved this hostel! Very cozy room, right in the middle of the town, so walking distance to most places and very close to the river! Highly recommend staying here :)

Art khamu homestay tradition bungalow chiang khong

We stayed one night at Warin’s place before our slow boat trip. The view from the bungalows was amazing. Warin was also a very welcoming and friendly host. She packed our breakfast for the trip since we had to leave early. If you like sleeping in nature, I would highly recommend it.
A well-lit room features large glass doors opening to a private balcony, revealing views of the surrounding landscape. A small table with two chairs is set on the balcony, with a cozy seating area and a desk positioned inside the room.

Dome VIP

staying here was a treat. the property is tucked away in private, yet accessible to the main road and local attractions. The yurt was kept clean, with a private bathroom and phenomenal views. inside the yurt it was equipped with sufficient bedding, hair dryer, electricity, and overall amenities. what was most impressive was our host. they took special care to ensure that we had transportation to the destination, even going as far to advise us on best options and safety measures given the difficult road to drive in on to get to Phu Chi fa. they ensured that they greeted us upon arrival, offered us a warm meal at 11:00 p.m., and were continuously flexible to our transportation needs (which they gladly provided us early in the morning on our way to the hike, as well as all the way to Chiang Rai following our stay, for a fee) The hospitality was truly above and beyond and we would absolutely encourage our friends, family, and strangers to stay here for a unique, once in a lifetime hike.
