Great place, lovely neighborhood, safe !

It's better than how it's shown in pictures! The place is very quiet and relaxing! The attention of the super friendly staff especially Flory! We went with the pets and they were super well received to a bed they gave us for them, the view and the sunset from the place is amazing The cool pool and green area surroundings you need to rest

Everything was more than we could have imagined! Staff was super friendly and the place was perfect and relaxing. Perfect walking distance to the downtown strip with shops and everything as well as the beach. Will definitely stay at the villas if we vacation to Venice again!

Suly is a great host. When we couldn’t get in the gate she came right over to help us out. She noticed I recently had surgery and without hesitation she moved us from the 3rd floor unit to the 2nd floor one which really helped. I really apperciated that. She even helped carry my luggage up the stairs knowing she is supposed to take it light as well. When we got into the similar rental everything was set up the same and looked just as nice as the one I picked out for me and my mother. My mother really liked how it was less than 3 buildings away from her sister that we came to visit. Suly followed up with us to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions within the hour. I really appreciated the entire service and unit rented. She is going on my favorite list for when we come back next year. 😊 AC and the fan worked great. The breeze that comes in from the windows and balcony door really help cool the living room. Water heats up quick and having a king bed was awesome since it was me and my mom sleeping there.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

I cannot say enough about what a lovely place. This is. The staff was friendly and accommodating, responded to my email questions within minutes. The unit I stayed in is modern clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this to anybody wanting a beautiful place to stay in Barbados.

It is a great option for any type of trip, in this case it was a work stay and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean, quiet and really well located It's an Airbnb, but it definitely feels like you're in a hotel because of the service and privacy, without losing the comforts of an apartment This is the best option if you plan to stay in Medellín!!!

We stayed here during Tortuga festival and it was a great spot. Carlos was SO responsive and helpful when our flights kept getting changed. The room was exactly like the photos. Area is walkable, 10 min walk from the beach, a publix is across the street, and a water taxi stop is right out the front door. Only small con is the front desk (which he warned us about and unfortunately can’t do anything about) was SO slow for anything you needed and wasn’t very nice. It took us almost 30 mins to check in because there were 2 people in front of us in line. But once you’re checked in you don’t need them anyways. Didn’t have a car but I think parking it was pricey, something to confirm if you plan on driving. Overall we would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!!

Our stay was great. The place was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. great view from the balcony to enjoy with your morning coffee. the only thing is that the road to get to the apartment was pretty bad. Don't be alarmed when you first get there. it's a brand new community at the end of the road so it hasn't been fixed yet. everything else was great. thank you.

I had stayed in other places in Medellín in the past. I regret not having found this place with Rafael sooner. Why? Because it has been the best place I have stayed in Medellín. I have no complaints, the service, the area, the cleanliness, everything is perfect. It is a dream to stay here. You have a fan of your accommodation, thank you so much! This is the 3rd time staying here. As far as location it’s one of my favorites. Right in the heart of all the action. Bars, clubs, restaurants are all walking distance. The place is always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Our host Gabriel was great. Anything we needed he took care of or recommend things to do in the are. Would definitely come back anytime.

The place is spacious, comfortable and has an excellent view that makes the stay much more pleasant. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to go downtown or visit Monserrate, as it is very well connected and close to these points of interest. In addition, it has easy access to market squares, restaurants and service stores, making it easy to cover any need during the stay. Overall, it is a very convenient, well-kept and functional accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort and a good location in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

I had the opportunity to stay over 3 weeks in the apartment with my wife. Even considering it's a small place, it has plenty space and very well furnished and comfortable. Diana was great from the arriving until the end. Very responsive in everything we asked for. Will certainly be back into her place next time!

Wonderful place, in the heart of the city of Mérida, a beautiful place, overlooking the snowy mountain range and close to the main tourist attractions of the city, less than 2 blocks from the Las Heroínas and Teleférico square, also of the Bolívar square, close to shops, restaurants, squares and important places of the city, the accommodation is beautiful, it is an apartment with everything you need for a full stay. A place I will always hope to return to.

Ideal accommodation for a couple, it is spacious, comfortable, quiet place, close to the Transmilenio. Very friendly host.

The place was very cool, it is a quiet space, we loved that there were dogs coming home to share with us. We only suggest a slightly larger stove to prepare meals.
