Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Wahiba Sands

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning chalet in Sur, and it exceeded all expectations. The location, right by the sea, added an extra touch of magic to the entire experience. The chalet itself is a true gem. The built-in smart system made everything effortlessly convenient, from controlling the lights and air conditioners to managing the indoor swimming pool with its captivating lights and jacuzzi feature. The pool truly felt like a private oasis, and the smart system added an exciting layer of control. The interior of the chalet is a masterpiece. The gorgeous kitchen, complete with modern amenities, made cooking a joy. The showers, equipped with a rain shower and a luxurious bathtub, were a highlight of relaxation. The built-in speaker system in the living room and bedroom, connecting seamlessly via Bluetooth, created a delightful atmosphere that enhanced the entire stay. Mamdouhs place is wonderful if you like to stay for your own in a little village. Be aware that it is not in Nizwa but in Birkart al Mouz. The flat is simple furnished but functional and very spaceful. I would have preferred real dishes instead of the camping set but I'm sure Mamdouh would have provided me with everything if I would have asked for. There is also no refrigerator. And it is a little bit inconvenient as to reach your own bathroom you have to move outside to next door. Mamdouh is very helpful as for example how to organize trips or to recommand really good restaurants or to find out the best routes to get somewhere.

It's paradise, a peaceful place I've been able to relax in. Surrounded by the mountains the pool is very perfect! And only a 35 min drive to wadi Khalid. The host is kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect I can only recommend it! Thanks for everything

Nice and clean villa to spend out time with family or friends. I like the outdoor space of the villa since it has everything required for a family trip e.g. outdoor sitting, pool, play area for kids. BBQ grill etc. the kitchen was also well equipped with all the essentials. Location is also good with beach just couple of mins walk away only. Overall the place is highly recommended to stay when in Ashkarah.
