We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and superbly equipped – just like in the photos. The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Nice and good communication. The house was nice big, very clean and well decorated. We felt very comfortable, especially the children enjoyed it very much thanks to swings, trampoline and plenty of toys.

The house was smaller and cozy, everything matched the photos. Everything was beautifully clean and ready according to the promised description.

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

I was allowed to be a guest at Sandra's place for the second time and can also highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is as furnished as in the pictures, very well equipped, clean and the location is quiet. Publicly, it is easy to reach and the check-in is super straightforward. Sandra is an extremely accommodating hostess and you immediately feel comfortable. We'd love to come back on our next trip to Linz! :)

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

It is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen that met our expectations. We had to clear up a misunderstanding at checkin because the 2nd bedroom was locked on arrival, but we got access the same day. The sun blinds in the bedroom do not fully make the bedrooms dark, but it was only a minor inconvenience for us. Overall a great stay 😀

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old town; the ability to park was indispensable. It was well prepared and clean. Communication was very good and friendly.

We stayed here for the weekend at Caesar's place. The small apartment is cozy and offers everything you needed. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It is quietly located in a backyard off the streets. On site we were able to park for free and we were also allowed to store our bikes. Check in and out were really easy and Caesar was always easy to contact and quick to respond. Can really recommend the apartment, always happy to come back

Nice cosy place. Easy self check in, clean, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable stay (cooking utensils, ironing board, towels etc.). Welcome fruit bowl, beer and sparkling water in the fridge were a great touch. When I arrived late in the evening the apartment was pre-heated and I felt straight at home.

Such a pleasant experience staying here! The place was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly honest throughout the entire process, their communication was prompt and very helpful whenever we have question. What a great place to spend the night, spacious home, lovely garden. Good beds and quiet environment. Only the car can't be parked at the property.

Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

Wonderful apartment, furnished with a lot of style, in a great location - really a gem, and the hostess is simply magical. Glad to come back!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. Communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all our questions. The lake can be reached within 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for switching off. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back :-) Thank you Petra!

Franziska's place came as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and had the essentials. the appartment was quite spacious and well laid out. The neighborhood was quite but still only a 10 minute walk to the center. Franziska was very flexible and responsive to our enquiries. I would highly recommend.
