Vacation rentals with beach access in Vipava Valley

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

A beautiful vacation. The apartment has everything you need. Comfortable and functional kitchen space, 2 bedrooms space and well furnished, large bathroom with 2 sinks and comfortable shower. It completes a beautiful living terrace with a table for sea view lunches (large curtains protect from the sun) and a comfortable and very useful laundry room. The parking space is also private and behind the house. Easy and very comfortable access to the sea via practically pedestrian street. The apartment was recently tastefully renovated.

Check-in and check-out were stress-free, Monica asked if everything was okay and we felt very welcome! Will come again any time!

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

A breathtaking living experience between sky, sea and earth. The view gives you the feeling that you are floating in the apartment between sky and sea. Raffalla's apartment is really well equipped: It has everything you need - and what is there is of excellent quality. Communication: ditto - everything just perfect. You can't live better at the gates of Trieste. And of course, the absolute highlight: the private beach. A dream. The whole residential complex is very well maintained, pleasant fellow human beings, quiet, comfortable – like a little world of its own. Just great!

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

Fantastic experience!! Beautiful, clean location, 5 minutes from the sea. Large well-kept garden, my dog had a great time. The owner Patrizia is really very sociable and kind, always ready to give useful directions and always available. Communication throughout the excellent vacation. Highly recommended!!

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Very friendly, had bought us water bottles and new wipes as it was very hot. Helpful and quick to reach.

The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the promenade, but the children's room is on the quiet backside; not even a 5-minute walk to the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this overall package, the price we paid (in the off-season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can sometimes only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito nets could be attached to the windows and doors. Everything else is great, thank you!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!
