Justus & Heleen's house is absolutely fantastic, the photos don't do it justice as it is larger and better equipped than described. Extremely comfortable and for us ideally situated being only 10 minutes drive from the Medemblik Regatta Center where we were sailing. The area is peaceful, and local supermarkets excellent as well as a local restaurant serving good food. We will be back soon!

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

Very clean and large stay, general space maybe a little small in proportion to the bedrooms, which were very large, but otherwise very nice stay. Hot tub and sauna also enjoyed

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We stayed with the family during the Christmas days. The house was completely cozy making us feel right at home. Everything was available. The spaces are arranged in such a way that everyone can find a place to do their things together or separately. The sauna was lovely. The biggest plus of the house we found was the special and practical layout and that the whole house was very clean. Definitely recommended for a family or friends getaway. We had a great stay! We were two large families, and we fit comfortably and head a wonderful stay. I highly recommend for bigger groups or large families.

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

The house is a dream and bigger than it looks on the photos. Two wonderful outdoor spaces, several common areas, well-equipped rooms and kitchens. The reception was accommodating and very friendly. Quick but detailed briefing and a cat that is absolutely not afraid of new people. Everything is super clean and maintained. Everything you need is there! The surrounding area is beautifully green, quiet and invites you to relax. We will be happy to come back with eleven people! ☺️❤️

We were with friends on site Judith as well as the host on site were very helpful friendly and nice, good communication. The house was beautiful and kept what it promised. A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

What a beautiful place in nature and close to the forest! The cottage has all the comforts and the park is neat. Contact with Berry & Gerdiene easily and quickly, very nice. Also flexible in terms of checkout time. The swimming pool at the park is basic but fine to go once. The terrace of the main entrance can be enjoyed in the sun. All in all, had a great week!
