The house is a cozy nest, very spacious and very well-equipped… Elina's house has contributed a lot to us having a good vacation, the sauna is great… All the rooms are large and warmly furnished despite the cold outside, it warmed our hearts… The exteriors offer a beautiful snowy landscape. Great place to stay! We were a group of 5 ppl and 3 dogs and it was perfect for our new years get away from fireworks and loud city sounds. Still a few random fireworks before midnight but nothing crazy, so perfect for our needs. The sauna was a great size, the home was well equipped for lots of people, plenty of dishes and table space. The outside area and deck are also great for groups. There are a few other cabins/trailers in the same area so it’s not completely private, but it was still quiet. Great place to stay. Important to note: no freezer and outside grill is shared amongst other cabins.

Great stay for the second time at this lovely summer house!

This place is piece of heaven on earth, as serene and beautiful as it gets! You get there and calm washes all over you with those lake splashes and birch trees leaves' rustling. House itself is very accommodating, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including lots of basic food products. 2 saunas, fishing, rowing, berry picking, fire place lounging - everything to relax and enjoy nature. Katja and her parents are very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much and I am hoping we will come back someday:)

We had great weather and even when it stormed the location is so peaceful and beautiful we enjoyed that too. The place is not updated or designer trendy but we liked the laid back feel of everything. It was July but everywhere was remarkably empty. We only saw a few other people and a couple of boats on the lake through the whole week. Puumala has everything you need. Also, check out the rock paintings nearby - they are fascinating and in wonderful locations.

Beautiful chalet, super clean, very functional. The sauna is just perfect after a day of hiking. Communication and suggestions were very helpful!!! I would highly recommend it!

Thanks for a functional house for a family gathering, it was nice! :) Close to nature for calming down and bedrooms, as well as a nice wide common area for the kitchen-living room.
