Very happy stay. During the Printemps de Bourges Florian is very responsive and available. Clean and well equipped accommodation . Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Parking space in front of the building. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I have been to Montargis many times for sporting events and selected accommodations on Air BNB but I must say that Hugues and Marie Pierre's accommodation is for me the best I have been able to test. Renaud met us on arrival and communication was very good. The apartment is fantastic! Extremely stylish and cool! It is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Everything in there is done to a high standard and just feels good. Bourges itself is a fascinating place. This was our first visit and we enjoyed the looking round this small medieval city, made easy because of the apartments location. Thanks Renaud, highly recommended!

Chyistelle is a great HOST who we thank for introducing us to local products and tips within walking distance of the studio. The washing machine is in the 1st floor bathroom and the dryer is in the cellar where the door to access is when entering the studio. There is a citrus press and a tea ball. Just opened next door to the restaurant GODEFROY le bouillon at the Maison de la culture with its free parking of 500 spaces. Great location close to buses and shuttles which are free.

ideal location in Bourges city center. parking (with parkmetre) is a 1min walk. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The only "negative" point of our stay is the very cold temperature in the living room despite the heating activation. Cover yourself well if you come in winter
