Really beautiful home, with awesome views of the mountains. The location is really peaceful and private, because it’s at the end of the street, next to the forest. There was enough room to park our cars in front of the house. The inside is modern and cozy, really comfortable and we felt really good staying here. The host and the whole family were really nice, they gave us all the info we needed and they were ready to answer any questions we had and to help us with anything we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend the place to others.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

We have been there for the 2nd time and will definitely be back. Great house. We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless. Perfect place for a relaxing break.

The apartment was marwellous! We had here 4 nights with our kids. View with the mountains was excellent! it is a trully calm place! there are many spots nearby you can visit. The river just next the house is also very beautiful. Ivan was a very helpful and kind host, helped us a lot with suggestions. When we were a bit cold, he also brought us an other heating system. This way, everything was just perfect!

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Stay was beautiful just behind a small waterfall! Road is not difficult and on our final day it was snowing heavily and host was kind to allow us to checkout later . We had an enjoyable stay, despite rooms being abit small with low ceiling but i guess that’s the norm in slovenia mountains. Totally recommend !

Breakfast and restaurant at the house are recommended. Great location right by the lake with direct access to swimming, bar and food right on the water - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. Beautifull views and big plus of Schladming summer cards that were included to the reservation. With those cards you have free or reduced entry to multiple places. Lots to do for childs and adults. Own spa was a great bonus, especially when we were able to be there as a family without anybody else.

We had a brilliant time in the hut, including our malamute dog! Beautiful and quiet location, right next to the slops and hiking routes. Weather was challenging during our stay, but even on those days when we could not reach the hut by car, there is a well organized system in place for parking right at the bottom of the small hut village. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped. Alexander is a great host, responsive, helpful and attentive. Communication and check in was easy and straightforward.
