Host is very helpful and proactive. We felt at home. House is inside a big field so you can park your car inside securely. There is also a terrace for usage with table. All rooms are clean. Kitchen has all you need. Beaches and airport is nearby like 15 to 20 minutes by car. Overall we were satisfied with the place. Thanks for hospitality of Guiseppe and his mother.

We stayed in the accommodation for a week with three adults and a 7-year-old child. The apartment offers everything you need in an Airbnb. Within walking distance is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, beautiful sandy beach, sun loungers, toilets and two beach restaurants. The prices are totally reasonable there and the beach seems to be popular with the locals as well. Furthermore, you can walk to a tobacco shop, a supermarket and various restaurants as well as a bus stop. Access was super easy and the parking space on the private property is just super. A great place to stay that offers a great starting point for Sardinia if you end up in Olbia. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The contact with the host is super friendly and fast. On the last day, we were even allowed to stay longer than 10:00 a.m. in the accommodation, which helped us a lot, as we didn't fly until the evening. Absolute recommendation 👍🏻

We stayed a week in Maria's house. The location is great. You can quickly reach a supermarket - just a 3-minute drive. The center of Olbia is a few minutes' drive away and offers restaurants for every taste. It only takes 30 minutes to get to the beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The communication with Maria was impeccable. She is a lovely and friendly host. We also got great tips from her about eating out in an agritourism. The house is well equipped, even if you are traveling with a small child. The crib was great - our little one could sleep great there. The terrace is great - one part is covered, one part is like a pergola. The connection is great - the airport is 15 minutes away - you can't hear it. The expressway is 1 minute away - you can't hear it. There is also a great gas grill (including Gas) available - we were also able to use this well. The lawn invites you to relax or play.

Maybe the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb. Very comfortable apartment and a very quiet area. Bruno and his niece, Erika were very helpful and kind. I can't rate this place high enough. I highly recommend staying here and I will do so again the next time I visit Olbia.
