We discovered our Eden, where the reality of the place exceeds the listing description. A beautiful discovery with a perfect balance between the modernity of the amenities, the design and the perfect harmony of the place with its natural environment (tropical fauna and flora) around the theme of eco-responsibility. The view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking and transports us to a waking dream. As for the hosts, Karl and Salha, it's hard to do better. Always attentive, trying to find solutions to make our stay easier and what responsiveness. Perfect communication and additional services offered to further improve the experience (driver, local guide, cook, home massage, car rental brought directly to the accommodation...). In short, the best compromise between the services of a palace and the tranquility in the well-being of a private rental. We didn't want to leave, little paradise

11 of us came to stay at the villa for my friend’s hen party. It absolutely met all our expectations and more. The pool was a perfect size, dining table was fab and the rooms great. Lucy, Grace, Jane and all the staff were phenomenal and could not have done more for us. The food they cooked us was beautiful and they really helped us out by sorting extra food shopping (snacks etc) for us. The beach and all restaurants/bars are a 5 minute walk away and as a group of females we felt safe walking along the beach and back to the villa after an evening out. 100% recommend.

Zahra's house is great. Furniture, kitchen equipment, etc are all very nice. A great place to stay with a family. Marcel

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Hey! Amazing stay. Joseph is incredible - give this man a raise or a promotion. Beautiful location. Was a little toasty at times with there not being any aircon but for those with a bare minimum determination to survive, the fans work pretty good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well priced, central location to relax in and explore Paje from. Wish we made more use of the top level!

The villa was very clean, looks better in person and the staff are very friendly, polite, professional and always willing to help when needed. Joshua is a great host who was kind enough to move us to an even better villa with better decor before checking in with no extra cost added because the one we had initially booked had been scheduled for minor maintenance works that day. 10/10 without a second thought for me. I highly recommend the villas.

This is an amazing apartment with a pool on the inside, well equipped with everything you need and also an amazing location just a short walk from the beach. I absolutely recommend this place ☺️

This is truly a one of a kind villa- perfect for long term stays as the rare feature of uninterrupted solar electricity is a luxury in Zanzibar. Arnaud is a kind stalwart host, ready to attend to the villa at anytime. Anne is superb at sweet efficient communication. They really know how to make you feel at home. The 24 hour Maasi attendant and 3 cool dogs ensure a safe stay. The villa is situated perfectly between Kendwa and Nungwi beaches, two pristine beaches which can be reached in a short walk or ride. Grocery stores are a quick walk as well. Barakana restaurant delivery has plenty of yummy menu choices. The villa is perfectly equipped with spacious rooms and ample shelving. The bathrooms are fantastic! Extra large showers with hot water and Kardashian luxury disappearing sinks- allowing space for an entire family's toiletries. The rooftop pool penthouse lounge is marvelous, offerring panoramic sunrises and sunsets and exquisite star filled nights under the African sky.

We had a fantastic time here. It felt like we had ended up in paradise, better than the pictures. Barbara was super helpful and cozy, and knows a lot about the area, and takes the time for you if you have a question.

Villa Magnolia is as beautiful as it's name - we spent a very relaxing 4days there. The house is large and spacious, with beautifully furnished rooms and Zanzibari beds, and great aircon. It's position is perfect, right on the beach, but set back a bit so you still feel very private, and easy walking to several great restaurants and local tour operators and dive centre. The staff that live behind the house are very pleasant and helpful, keot the garden looking beautiful, yet were discreet when we didn't need them, and we loved their 2 dogs who were very well behaved. Aiasha and Shafiq were helpful with local recommendations, flexible with our check in and out, and organised a very reliable taxi to collect us and drive us there, that we ended up using for our next few transfers and for a very interesting Spice Farm tour. Highly recommended!

Janice is an amazing kindly host and the apartment is superb. It is spacious and very clean and comfortable . Yes the street is a bit loud and busy but it did not disturb us and I just used ear plugs but at night it’s quiet . It’s great to walk to slipway and other places in the area. I totally recommend the place. Will be back anytime

We had a few lovely days in Ann-Sofies apartment. Everything was as described and by far the best accommodation we had in Zanzibar. The host is super friendly and accessible. Will highly recommend this to everyone going to Paje!

I had a lovely stay at Magdalena's and was so pleased with the peaceful environment and accommodation for my pets with me. the staff was also so helpful with all requests and made my stay effortless. wifi was working well and the location is close enough to mbezi Beach shoppers for me to go to cafes and go shopping whenever I needed. thanks Magdalena for the blessed stay and for your care and support 🙏🏾 💕

Beautiful big house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big TV, comfortable sofas, everything new, bed also comfortable- we will like to come back again …

Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

We had a great stay and found the apartment even better than previously described. It is in a complex with other apartments, but it is super pleasant. The beach is very close (but you should pay attention to the tides), small shops are within walking distance, otherwise you have to drive to Paje, but that is also easy to reach!
