Monthly Rentals in Talwrn

Lovely place, clean and peaceful. Jan was there to greet us and she was very helpful. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was fully equipped if we had wanted to. We had a very nice stay.

It was an absolutely fantastic three night stay in the Shepherds Hut. Abbey and her family were so welcoming and friendly. Lots of amazing animals on the property and beautiful scenery. Abbey was very helpful in recommendations and to respond to any queries. The lodge itself had everything that we needed and was very toasty after putting the fire on of an evening. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Myself and my 11 year old daughter had the most amazing time. I was a bit apprehensive going away as a single mum on my own with my daughter as we have always been away with family in the past ,but I needn't have worried. Bill and Kathy were so lovely. My daughter loves nature and this was just the perfect place for her to explore. We loved it that much we have booked again for July. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome

I had a truly amazing time here. It was what I needed and more. Denise and her family were kind, accommodating and welcoming. I needed time on my own to integrate after a training and the Shepherds hit was perfect for it. It was cosy and I felt at home. I was able walk to the nearby forest and the sea from there which I loved yet the main road and shops were close too if I needed them. One of the best places and experiences I had and I’ll be back! Cannot recommend highly enough - for a cosy solitary retreat or a great base while exploring the island!
