My family and friends had a great time with Giovanni (6 people and a child). The home is well-equipped, with everything you need, from silverware and dishes to a washing machine, a coffee maker, a coffee maker, and the like. Keep in mind that linens and towels cost an extra 25 euros per person, but this is included in the home listing, and we were asked about it before arrival. The terrace in front of the house is great for shared meals, and the space behind the house allows you to relax because it is quiet and peaceful. In short, the listing is accurate, and Giovanni is a great host, he always responded quickly to every inquiry we had. Highly recommend!

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. The house is very comfortable and nice, cared for in every way. The neighbors are great and Antonello was very discreet and helpful. We also disturbed him because of an issue we had with the car and he was really very kind and thoughtful. The house is very comfortable for the beaches, the market and is close to the center of the village . However, it is very quiet and surrounded by nature. I recommend everyone to be hosted by Antonello , a beautiful experience

Nice small flat for 3 nights. Everything was clean and the location is very central, so that you can reach everything by foot within minutes.
