Vacation rentals with beach access in Rio Grande do Sul

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

Waking up facing the sea is priceless. The AP is simple but very cozy. Fully-equipped kitchen, the bed is good and good pillows. The windows insulate the street noise well, so it was easy to sleep. Parking is indoors with 24-hour guard. Fast and kind service from the host. It was well worth it.

Great house, large, close to the beach making it easy to go on foot, all fenced, wifi available, with two bathrooms (which makes life easier for those who go with more people), washing machine and a barbecue in the back. Gabriela was so kind and super accessible. I recommend it!

A beautiful place to rest and disconnect. Watching the sea while sitting in front of the wood stove is a wonderful experience. It is not a place to go with expectations of many activities in the spa, but it is ideal to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Great for enjoying family board games. Fishing can be a good plan, although I wasn't lucky🤣. Deborah and her husband were kind and helpful at all times. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they resolved it very quickly, showing great interest in making our experience as pleasant as possible. The house has the basic amenities and an unbeatable location if you love the sea. It is ideal to rent both houses, which are next to each other, whether it is a large family or two families of friends. This allows the experience to be shared, but each group can have some privacy. We would definitely be back!

Our stay at José Liovane's place was super quiet. The very spacious, organized and clean house. Very well equipped. He was helpful and always responded quickly, giving tips on the places we should know and even the supplies we needed. Super and recommend and we'll be back when we can.
