Condo vacation rentals in Sri Lanka

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Colombo. The host Deen was great and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Very responsive to messages and also very accomadating allowing us to check out a bit later than the check out time . For the area, you are quite close to a lake. Not too much around in the way of restaurants but about 20 min walk away from the area around Viharamahadevi Park and Cinnamon Gardens, a nice walk through narrow streets. Apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower and a lounge/kitchen area. It's on the top floor of an office block. The security guard who is there 24/7 is really friendly and enjoying chatting to him. We felt safe coming and going.

5 Star Stay in Colombo – Truly Exceptional! We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 10 days, and it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, Neil stood out as the best communicator we’ve come across on Airbnb—always available, quick to respond, and incredibly supportive throughout our entire stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the city were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for getting around Colombo with ease. What really added to our experience was the amazing security and support staff. They were always polite, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had no issues with parking and were always allowed to use the guest parking area, which made coming and going so easy—especially since we often returned late at night or left early in the morning. We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

It is my second time stay at “Mystical Rose”. Mr. Wilhelm is a great host and made my stay felt right at home. Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is very quiet and has a great view of Colombo skyline from the balcony. Wilhelm communicated very well and also very proactive to intimate about power breakdown due to maintenance work. It is located at a very safe and quite gated community with 24x7 security. Great host.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Our stay at the Nest Residence,m was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests feel at home. The attention to detail in the amenities provided made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The location was convenient, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to key attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend the Nest Residence to anyone and We’ll definitely be back in the future!

A perfect stay with a lovely family as hosts. Right from the booking to the day of check-in and beyond, Chanuka was very proactive in checking on us, recommending modes of travel, nearby restaurants, and everything! We had a warm welcome by Chanuka's father with a refreshing welcome drink who showed us around the place and offered assistance anytime. Just as a family member would, he advised us to be careful while stepping out at night, offered to cook food, made us feel very welcome and right at home. Meeting and interacting with Chanuka and his lovely family was truly a pleasure. Mango House 1 is just perfect in every aspect with every facility available for a comfortable stay, and is maintained very well with great personal attention. We were even offered an authentic Sri Lankan breakfast and it was super delicious and healthy. I gladly 100% recommend Chanuka's Mango House 1 as the best place to stay in Galle for a loving memory to cherish always!

It was such a Nice Place to live! 5 min to Mirissa Beach But still a quiet Place.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

We had a great stay at RH Townhouse. Buddhika and his family were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Buddhika gave us recommendations for things to do, foods to try and kindly drove us to Colombo after our stay. RH Townhouse is in a great location, close to Galle but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. Would recommend staying here!

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

navigator directs on the other hand, our taxi driver got lost at first. Having a car , the location is good. Appartements are large, all appliances work. Housekeeping once a week Host is always available

Very comfortable, clean, great communication with our host, nice swimming pool and strong internet. We had a great time and would love to return in future.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. 3 air conditioners total, 1 in each room. huge area to lay out our luggage. great parking with lots of space and wonderful friendly security guards. The check in instructions were simple and easy. two lifts (elevators) were big and quick. I wish the host would post more photos because the bathroom next to the kitchen was the biggest and the shower worked perfectly. the host was generous to have shampoo, shower gel, and even laundry detergent for us without asking. I definitely would stay here again!

We’ve stayed twice now and both times we have really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Highly recommend.
