Monthly Rentals in Springvale

Such a tidy, spotlessly clean house! We loved the location and appreciated how new everything was (very fluffy towels!). Our 11-year old daughter absolutely loved the loft space! Pamela was so helpful and flexible when we had to suddenly change our booking the night before we were due to arrive (our dog got sick!). We were so grateful for this. She and her family were so lovely and welcoming when we arrived, too. The location was great, bordering on Virginia Lake. We felt a little cool both nights we stayed there but were grateful for the heatpump. The house was a good size for the 3 of us.

Location was perfect for us, close to the stadium and not far to city centre. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with not only everything we needed but spoilt with the extras stocked in the fridge and pantry for us. Loved having the extra tv in the bedroom chrome cast for both so no arguments over what to watch. Host was quick to respond and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.
