Chalet vacation rentals in Spittal an der Drau District

We had a wonderful stay at Johann's house. The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and there are many ways to let off steam. It's very quiet, which is very pleasant - especially if you're looking for a place to unwind. Johann is a very warm and sweet host who goes out of his way to make sure you don't miss a thing. We enjoyed it very much and would be happy to come back in the future!

This was our second stay at Tatjana’s beautiful house and we loved it. Thank you. The location is picturesque and the house is fantastically equipped to ensure your alpine holiday, is wonderful. Combine that with the great ski areas of Sport Gastein and Bad Gastein; perfect! Thank you again Tatjana and for the delicious strudel. XxX

We had a wonderful holiday. The cabin is clean, a little small but very cozy :). I can absolutely recommend it.

Very friendly and approachable hosts, peaceful setting. Three stories (lower level bedroom, kitchen & LR, 3 bedrooms upstairs, lovely balconies) were comfortable for our family situation. Helpful to have WC's separate from tub/shower area. Great walking trails, and easy to get to ski slopes and grocery stores.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, classic, stylish and well maintained. The location is stunning. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nice fireplace and even a sauna.

It's a nice cabin in the woods, a bit uphill from the Reisach. 17 min drive to Tropolach (ski). Very cozy, clean and well maintained. Has everything you need... although not so easy to find (drive to the bottom of the camping site). Hos is just across the house, very responsive and kind.

My husband, our little dog and I stayed in the enchantingly cozy cottage for a week. We didn't miss anything - there was everything you needed for a week - or longer. We brought our own bedding and towels - all other kitchenware we could have left at home because the kitchen was equipped with everything. The contact with Nicolas via email and text went perfectly smoothly - as did check-in with detailed directions. Even if the weather is not so good, it is wonderful to stay there :) We'd love to come back - thank you so much! :)

A great place to stay. Impressive scenery ideal for rest and relaxation. Great hiking opportunities. Although I was there in February and there was still some snow, my fellow travelers and I decided to climb the nearby mountain. Was a bit difficult and partly dangerous but the view from the very top was even more fantastic than from the chalet itself. Very recommended.

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

Very nice chalet in a great location for walking! The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and offer enough space for 8 people. Only the equipment of the kitchen (pepper, oil spices, dish soap) could be a little better. Unfortunately, the super nice terrace is missing a few furniture (the few are very shaky) All we had a very nice stay!

Andrea and her husband's place is a beautiful old house equipped with every modern comfort. The house has everything you need, is cozy and gives a warm feeling. The beautiful stove/oven in the kitchen is easy to make with the wood made available for this purpose and provides a cozy warmth in the kitchen. The indoor sauna and relaxation area is a winner, after skiing is highly recommended. The bedrooms are furnished with beautiful painted closets and have a private bathroom. What stands out are the many works of art hanging on the walls, very nice to see. The museum village where the house is located is very peaceful and quiet and is about 8 minutes drive from Bad Gastein, we have always gone by car, but there is also a bus service. The contact with Andrea was pleasant. As far as we are concerned, this house is highly recommended

Gerald is a very friendly host. The communication on site such as check-in is done by the nice cleaning lady Maria. The place is beautiful and just like the pictures. Also noteworthy is the private large sauna and the beautiful panoramic window in the living room. We would come back back.
