Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Spetses

Hallo Anestis und Familie, wir bedanken uns, dass wir in Eurem großartigen Haus 2 Wochen verbringen durften. Es ist tatsächlich so, wie die Vorredner schon geschrieben haben - die Fotos können nicht annähernd beschreiben wir schon es in echt ist. Ein riesiges Grundstück, auf dem man schländern und immer etwas neues entdecken kann. Ein einmaliger Barbeque-Platz der urgemütlich ist und bei dem an alles gedacht wurde. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Ihr habt so kleinen Dinge dort, die eine Verbindung zu Euch und Eurem Leben schaffen. Aber das großatigste ist tatsächlich der Blick! Ein Traum und defintiv mit keinem Foto der Welt festzuhalten. Man muss sich bewahren solche Schönheit zu sehen und zu erkennen. Wir haben diese in unserem Herzen mitgenommen und bedanken uns für alles. Kati, Steffen und Jürgen :)

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό , η τοποθεσια εξαιρετική και όμορφη . Αν θα έπρεπε να βρω ένα μειονέκτημα , θα έλεγα την κατάσταση των δρόμων στην περιοχή , αλλά αυτό αφορά ολόκληρη την Αργολίδα και όχι φυσικά τον ιδιοκτήτη . Έχει ωραία θέα , είναι καθαρό και όμορφο και μεγάλο συν η ύπαρξη barbecue αν έχετε ταλέντο στο ψήσιμο .

La maison est idéalement située, la plage la plus jolie - selon moi - de Spetses est à 6mn à pied au pied du logement quasiment. Et la vue sur la mer tous les matins, depuis la chambre à coucher comme depuis le salon, est éblouissante. J’ai été accueillie par Sophia qui est des hôtes les plus sympathiques et joyeuses qui m’ait été de rencontrer. Grâce à elle, j’ai tout de suite pu trouver tout ce dont j’avais besoin dans le village de Spetese. J’ai adoré ce séjour et je reviendrai dès que possible. Un très grand merci à Sophia.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή και στις φωτογραφίες. Οι ιδιοκτήτες μας έστειλαν το στίγμα της τοποθεσίας και βρήκαμε το σπίτι πολύ εύκολα. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Έχει τα πάντα που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Η κουζίνα πλήρως λειτουργική και με πλυντήρια πιάτων και ρούχων. Η αυλή του διαμερίσματος πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική. Και για να κάτσει κανείς, αλλά και για να αφήσει τα πράγματα της θάλασσας. Μας άρεσε πολύ το εξωτερικό ντους. Υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο, ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα του σπιτιού. Η παραλία είναι στα 50 μέτρα και πάρα πολύ καλή. Γενικότερα, για μια οικογένεια η οποία θέλει να κάνει ήσυχες διακοπές, νιώθοντας σαν το σπίτι της και με τη θάλασσα δίπλα, το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες για τη φιλοξενία!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Erminel in between olive trees and the exceptional home decoration that makes you want to get to know more about the history of the house. It's been a pleasure to get to know Alex and Ingela who are very welcoming and try their best to make you feel at home and give you tips how to spend your time in the area. Beaches and sights are very easy to reach by car and by the end of september the area is not so heavily populated. We really enjoyed our self cooked meals on the beautiful terrace and can only recommend a stay at Villa Erminel!

Great place to stay. The pool was fantastic and the place provides serenity. Even if you don't like to go out, the apartment inspires you to stay in and enjoy some relaxing time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Limon. Such a lovely house, in a beautiful setting. Stefania really went above and beyond, helping with transfers from the port for check in, recommending lcoal companies and restaurants, and generally helping with anything we needed! Would definitely visit again.

What a wonderful stay. I booked this house for my parents anniversary and they loved every moment. Tina the host was great. She went above and beyond to accommodate my parents. She even brought them a bottle of Rose wine for my parents to celebrate their anniversary. She would check with them on daily basis. The house was beautiful, clean and very convenient to everything. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything Tina.

l'appartement d'Anna est tres agréable, vaste et bien équipé et la vue depuis le salon est magnifique. Nous avons éte très bien accueillis par sa maman qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses et indiqué les plages à proximité. Ermioni est une petite ville agréable, pas trop peuplée, où nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. La situation pour visiter le Péloponèse est idéale. Merci à Anna et Simona pour ce séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé dans un cadre idyllique et d'une tranquillité absolue Nous reviendrons certainement et surtout nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu si paisible Merci à vous Georges. Les filles du sud de La France.

Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ανθρωποι με ευγένεια, παιδεία και κουλτούρα, και αυτό αντανακλάται και στο σπίτι που παρέχουν. Ολα ήταν πρωσεγμένα και εν καλή λειτουργεία. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σ'ενα μικρο κολπίσκο πίσω απ'το λιμάνι και καταφέρνει να είναι ήσυχα αλλά και κοντά σ'όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγαζιά. Η θέα απ'το μπαλκόνι είναι ΕΞΑΙΣΙΑ, θα μπορούσαμε να καθόμαστε ώρες για να απολαμβάνουμε το πρασινο & το μπλε (ιδίως τις πρωινες και απογευματινές ωρες). Τέλος τη νύχτα απολαμβάνεις ένα τέλειο ύπνο καθώς δεν υπάρχουν ενοχλήσεις από νυχτερινά μαγαζιά. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους εξαιρετικούς γονείς του Βασίλη για τη βοήθεια και τις συμβουλές τους.

Stayed at this beautiful apartment in the summer of '24, and I can confidently say it’s the best accommodation I've ever experienced in Greece. We've been vacationing in Greece for many years, but this place truly stands out. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this apartment wasn’t designed to be a rental. It’s a private family summer house nestled in a district filled with luxury villas and high-end real estate—so you can imagine the level of quality and exclusivity. Built in the 90s with top-notch materials, the apartment exudes a sense of understated luxury. Everything is exactly as described. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and fully equipped, perfect for any culinary endeavor. But the true gem of this place is the massive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. There’s nothing quite like enjoying the gentle breeze from the sea as you take in the stunning scenery. So, don't hesitate, book the moment you get the opportunity.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'accueil a été de très grande qualité et dans un français impeccable ! Ermioni est très joli, vivant mais le logement est très calme.

Η Κωνσταντίνα είναι υπέροχη οικοδέσποινα, πολύ ευγενική, φιλόξενη, πρόθυμη, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διακριτική! Το σπίτι είναι πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο με εμφανή την προσοχή της οικοδέσποινας στη λεπτομέρεια! Θα συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα την Κωνσταντίνα και το καταπληκτικό σπίτι της σε όποιον/α επισκέπτεται την περιοχή και αναζητά μια άνετη, φιλόξενη και ήσυχη διαμονή. Κωνσταντίνα, στο επανιδείν!

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Une séjour merveilleux ; la maison est parfaite, rien ne manque et nous avons adoré les multiples terrasses, la piscine, la vue sur Porto heli et les îles saronics ; nous avons même profité du terrain de tennis aux heures les moins chaudes; un grand merci à Isabelle pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse : avoir répondu à nos questions et prodiguer ses conseils avisés pour découvrir la région ;

This house is more spectacular than the photos! The infinity pool overlooking the sea is beyond compare! In addition to spending every moment in the pool, the walk down to the private lagoon is fantastic. The beach is not sand; it is small round stones but there is an umbrella and lounge chairs there for your use (bring water shoes to walk on small stones). The third most amazing location is the outdoor eating area with a full kitchen - stovetop, oven, fridges, dishwasher - so easy for preparing meals for a large number of guests. We called it "The Temple of Zeus" because it was so grand. Now, onto the house, the house is beautiful! Two bedrooms and one bath on first floor with kitchen, 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a loft (our kids slept in loft) and large family room. Loft area has it's own private bathroom (no shower). Last bedroom (6th) is separate from the house and is located in the billiard room (has pool table) and a full bath with shower. This house is A+.

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τον χώρο της Δανάης απο 13/7εως 21/7 ο χώρος ήταν άψογος κάθως και η οικοδέσποινα ήταν αφογη σε όλα μας ενημέρωνε για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν . Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στης φωτογραφίες ,η τοποθεσία άψογη ,νομίζω πως ήταν το ιδανικό μέρος για να περάσουμε ξεκούραστα της μέρες μας . Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα ευχαριστουμε Δαναη !!!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα . Είμασταν 12 ατομα κ μείναμε 3 ημερες. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Έχει καταπληκτική εσωτερική διακόσμηση, ωραια υπνοδωματια και πολύ μεγάλο περιβάλλοντα χώρο με μεγάλη πισίνα, γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου, μπάρμπεκιου κλπ. Ο διαχειριστής κ Χρήστος εξαιρετικός. Θα έλεγα best value for money. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ . Θα έρθουμε ξανά . Μαρία Βλαχου
